hi dragonking, I am working on my TK too and so far I have passed paper wheel and straw and working on rolling the pencil. I have had similar experience when focusing on straw I see that the paper wheel (which is sitting farther, spins like crazy) I am pretty sure that the light flickering is caused by your psi-ball affecting the element inside the bulb causing it to vibrate. It's all about focusing and targetting your psi energy on the object of interest. The light flickering means that your psi energy is scattered in the room rather than focused on the wheel. Work more on focusing and I'm pretty sure you'd master it. Then if you would focus on the bulb itself, you could blow it up too (careful with glass particles), good luck and take care 😁

It's interesting. Was looking around a medium small bookstore. Bought a few. There are people, in the religious section, who have written books who claim that God and/or Jesus "took" them to Heaven or to Hell or to both. It sounds like a flying experience. Gratefully when I did my astral voyages had never heard the term or of it and was totally ignorant so can't say that I "made it up" in my brain some way from someone's experiences. And I go to the future sometimes which it's hard to make up what's going to happen on tomorrow's news. That seems logical enough. Anyway, these books are interesting to me. Comparing experiences. My "escorts" seems more like old friends who I've known and missed and am just dazzled to be with. Unless one says right out, "I'm God," I won't claim that. Did ask one once if God and got a yes. Does that mean connected to him in some way or him? I won't even try to figure out the gender thing him/her. Could care less anyway. Didn't ask after that - just knew not a person. That was enough for me. I'm too dazzled to ask a lot and want to know everything. I was told I ask a lot of questions. Thought I was restraining myself and got embarrassed.

Hello, my name is Erika. I have been studying the many comments on "energy" and Glenda is right: Some things are inexplainable, some are illogical and yet: They exist! We all experience the PSYCHE in different ways and those who aren't psychics might look at us in disbelief when told what we see, hear, feel, taste, and touch, which can be very real to us but sounds quite STRANGE to them. I have been asked, for instance a number of times: What does psychic energy FEEL like? Many psychics have only a vague idea about energy though many speak about the energy in a room not being so good, or, the energy around a person being lovely, but when they have to specify what they mean, they are incapable of doing so.
I can tell you what I am experiencing with regard to energy being pushed into me by the psychic world:

One group of psyches with me is using PRESSURE tactics when they are pushing energy into me, usually when I am in motion.
They push energy into my arms, hands, feet, legs and when they move their energy into my feet it often feels as if they are then "double" in size, and feel VERY heavy!
That can be quite tiring and at one point can become painful because one's circulation is being played with!
The other day one large group of psyches pushed energy into my arm while I was cleaning a window and because of that my ordinary arm/hand movement was interfered with. The energy was pushing my arm down and my wrist was slammed into the window - frame. That was quite painful! If I would have told this to someone who is uninformed about psychic energy, he/she would have said: "Well, you may have just lost control for a moment!" or something similar.
I have explained to my daughter Tanya what I do with psychic energy when it is pushed into me. She understood some of this easily because she had done a-symmetric exercises at one point but with regard to the above she too couldn't advise me at all!
These a-symmetric exercises are very good to BALANCE energy though. I understand that the Army uses these exercises too, maybe going under a different name: What one does is, one PRESSES against the body!
If one has a headache, one pushes AGAINST the head with ones hand, STRONGLY, and the headache goes away. If psychic energy is pushed against ones head, one can PUSH it out by pressing strongly against the head. One can push BOTH hands together and
can release pressure at arm muscles, etc.
The idea is that one uses ones hands to press against the body when there is too much energy found at a specific body part. If the Army teaches these exercises along-side survival methods one can use these exercises to survive psychic attacks!

Also, I have learnt to PULL energy in, sucking it in, tightening my muscles, sucking in my abdomen (my solar plexus is then being given the energy and can usually handle it). I explained to Tanya how I move energy, from my solar plexus to my back, from my back to my solar plexus, etc.
When I sit down for long periods of time, for instance, the energy at my spine must be balanced! If I don't do that my back starts aching, a dull kind of pain. Its not an ordinary backache I then am dealing with: It's STUCK energy! I usually also get up, stretch, then again move the energy to the front into my solar plexus, and voila, no more backache!
The "solar plexus" is the largest energy center and if one moves the energy from the back to the front (an internal process of concentration), the chakra (solar plexus) will pick it up quickly. The body is self-regulatory, one just has to give it a little hand.
The soulworld often asks me HOW I feel psychic energy and I have many examples ready, but one should not go by how I experience energy alone. Psychics experience energy according to their nervous systems and also according to their psychic development.
I was asked how I felt energy in general and explained that I often just felt it as MASS! At that point energy was taken from my solar plexus and I let it be known that it felt as if a huge HOLE had been created in my abdomen!
I also explained that my face for instance,
the skin of my face, feels THICK when too much energy is with me.
On and off the toes of my right foot are cramped by too much energy and I was asked, what this might do to me. I replied if this would be done to me persistently, I would see my doctor. I would ask him to investigate but he most probably wouldn't find anything wrong, since the psychic world is quite aware of a person seeing a doctor because of damage done to the physical system because of psychic molestation. I would tell him about the pain and would add that my foot sometimes feels paralyzed (it does!) I would most probably be told that my foot would have to be x-rayed. Nothing would be found since the psychic world stops molesting the minute medicine starts to investigate!
I would be molested again the minute I would arrive at home! In my experience, the minute the Demonic (the EVIL force of the universe) molests in all seriousness, it does not let up until it is successful (doing permanent damage to a person). I would see my doctor again, would most probably be told that I must see a specialist. He/she might not find anything either! At one point, when the pain would be too great and no doctor would find anything wrong it would be suggested, I think, that I should see a psychiatrist.
He would listen to my story and would first of all prescribe tranquillizers and, if he could accept that I was in pain most of the time except for when I was in his office, painkillers. On and on it would go until true damage would be done by the psychic world.
First of all there would be GRAVE circulation problems and more and more problems would be noticed because of that,
unless an intelligent doctor would finally point out that I was psychically molested!
I have learnt to cope with the molestation on my own by using energy well, but there are days when I can just MANAGE to repair all that is being done to me!
I suppose my SOUL and I have confronted the DEMONIC once too often, and it will not let go of me that easily! My SOUL too has confronted the DEMONIC in other lives and KNOWS its enemies well and has trained me well, therefore I am still alive
and intend to keep on fighting! MY SOUL AND I WILL NEVER GIVE IN TO EVIL!
I meant for this to be a short explanation about how I FEEL energy...
May GOD be with us all for we are confronting not only "small devils" but often we are encountering FORCES of the DEVIL/LUCIFER/SHAITAN, whatever one might call "THE UGLY ONE" which we cannot confront alone!

That's true too. I think sometimes we "read" things into logical things. We all want to be "gifted" and in the "zone..." It can be frustrating when not there so our mind fills in the gaps and tries to go there. Still there are the obviously not explainable things. It's good to be careful and not imagine stuff. Yes, I know, no one can explain everything haha... And no matter how much medical knowledge I aquire I will never fully be able to explain the amazing human body and I respect that, but not everything is such a mystery haha

Ara - your explanations sound so much like my husband's explanations of different things. We've been married almost 24 years. I respect his intelligence. He asks me things at times. Truthfully, some things are just not logical or explainable. I've been there. If someone told me and had never experienced it, I probably wouldn't believe it. But been there.

In all truth I've never used the psi wheel...I've heard of it... But never used it... Suppose to be a "training guide". However, the princple behind it, is what is important. This movement has helped me through balancing my energy, shifting it in all directions, whether I want it to go down in vibration, up, slower/faster in body fluid flow, which if you start to get into the movements and timing of each organ and structure you can even begin to play with the brainstem fluid... As some skilled osteopaths as well as cranio sacral therapists do... Just being intuned. I personally do not like the word pyschic because most people use it the wrong way... Or think that every thing they see is based from the unknown... When in reality it just means you're a good listener.

As for the twin thing...it's not being pyshcic really... It has to do with the biological deposition and the similiarity of shared genes espeically identical twins more so than faternal twins... If you've ever studied basic pyschology you would know. Many twins even date the same type of people, wear the same clothes on the same day... And so forth, it's actually very common
Genes have a lot to do with it, and I feel it's highly important for people to study pyschology so they don't think everything is because of pure chance! Haha it's important that you are a skeptic in order to continue further.

Plus, when you think of a number inside your head your body, ever so slightly gives body language which determines when you want them to stop or not... In fact if you see animals perform these tricks especially the all famous horse Mr. Ed... He wasn't mind reading, but rather reading the body language. Animals are better at reading into body language than most humans, because it's their primary source of communciation.

Hey dragonking. Wow, I'm a bit jealous about this Psi-Wheel-thing. I've been trying with TK for some time and can't move this thing even half an inch.
Now with your telepathy - I've studied parapsychology for years, and one thing I learned is that telepathy and TK are completely different 'abilities'. The one is more on the outside, almost 'exploding' and for outgoing characters. The other one is silent and happens within. Now you and your brother probably have different personalities, so that each one of you is attracted to a different ability and has difficulties with the other. Don't get me wrong - you can learn it, but perhaps you'll need more time. Just read GlendaSC's comment, she got it all right ^_^

dragonking - I don't have a twin so can't go there. I do know that there is power in youth. Don't waste yours trying to figure everything out. It will grow and be seen. Concentrate now on the really hard stuff - family relationships that should be close, education, and your future. I'm a mom. But my sons are talented too, and they have understood my advice. The talents will grow and help you - you don't have to push. The worst thing you can do is compare yourself to your twin. You are separate souls though you like to be close.
