Possibly Seeing Ghost And Feeling When They're Near

So honestly, I'm not sure what my abilities are. (I have just learned that this was possible to do.)

The other night however I saw what I think to be either a ghost in my room or a spirits death scene in my room. The man was a gun and pointing at me. I got so scared I closed my connections to them and texted two of my friends who are helping me through these experiences. Both of them thought I was dreaming. I know that I wasn't dreaming, I was awake the entire time; but was I right saying it was a ghost?

Another thing is that I have feelings when there is a spirit near me (for example, Sarah who has been hanging around for awhile. I think she's my spirit guide though.) but when the man was in my room, the reason I knew it couldn't have been a dream because number one, I was awake. And two, I could feel his presence floating around my room. So what I'm hoping for is if I can talk to spirits if you could give me tips to make it stronger and how I could actually start to see more of them instead of just feeling them there.

Also, I can feel when Sarah is angry, for example a little while ago I wanted to tell my friend about what was happening to me. (being able to feel when Sarah was near and such.) and I could feel that Sarah did not trust him. I could feel that she was angered about it. So I had to speak to her for awhile until I finally felt her being able to trust him.

So I guess my point in this is I really want to figure out what I am, also if I can talk to other spirits beside Sarah how I could make my mind more open to that.

I know that Sarah is a she because of this automatic writing thing, also she has a feeling that tells me she is a she. Plus a friend of mine asked a spirit she knows and they told her.

Im telling you from my experience... If that voice or whatever guide in your mind is and if she/he tells you what it will happen in 5 minutes, or you go somewhere and is telling you go on that side of the road because on this one bla bla... Its a fake. Your mind is telling you what to do... Did you noticed that this "sarah" is telling you exactly the opposite? If its true what I'm saying that means its a fake and you have a double personality like I do. If I'm wrong there is something there. By the way, how do you know if is a "she"? 😁

Thank you Ravenula, I'm pretty sure Sarah was trying to show me something (maybe not Sarah but maybe her) I just want to figure out what she was trying to show me you know?

I have seen dark entities too, and they had no message or symbol to show me other than to appear, make funny faces or gestures to scare.

I am just saying it could be a possibility, I said "COULD" as in for spirit guides.

Nevertheless, some spirits have a message to share other than to just show up to scare people.

I gave an explanation of how spirit guides could communicate to her, she wanted to know "what else she could do".

I think you are of too little faith always expecting the worst in all things.

Yes there are things that are evil, but even things that appear evil in the start can have a great lesson to teach if only the fear is battled!

Everything must happen for a reason right... And if you don't want to seek for a deeper meaning behind things, don't judge people who do not seek to live a purposeless life like the one you choose disregarding any messages of spirit!

Ravenula, not everything is a symbol for something. If I feel something watching me and pressure on my head it doesn't mean I should be wary of a potential stalker. It means that there is a dark spirit in my room. I think you are kind of overthinking things and are used to seeing symbols in your life to help you when some of us are seeing actual spirits that stand for what they are: spirits.

My Spirit guide (s) communicate with me in symbols... So the whole gunpoint thing could have just been a symbol, that you have to decipher.

My guides like to show me symbols (some sweet and others terrifying) and then I have to go and search for it in lyrics, say it is pink flowers, then google "pink flowers lyrics" or in this case "gunpoint lyrics" or just type in the the symbol without lyrics and it would lead you to a link you must read for your own spiritual growth.

I think Sarah could be a spirit guide, not wanting your friends to know of the stuff you can handle but they can't!

Do please remember to keep the good, love and light as main priorities whenever having to do with spirit activity. Be safe and always Trust in the Light above all else!

So it appears you have a sort of empathy with spirits and even some energy perception going on here... Cr4k3r has a good grasp of what's going on here too and has some really good advice. I think you have a lot of potential when it comes to these abilities and you can sharpen them pretty easily if you practice with yourself. I don't have much of a way of communicating with spirits or even having dreams of them.

Although, I do have a friend who is extremely good at communicating with spirits and is a huge help when it comes to this kind of stuff. I think his advice would benefit you greatly, since he has helped me with a lot of things I have trouble with, even with developing my abilities as well. My email is on my profile page. We have something in common. The ghosts are nothing but energy flows, they exist... No mather what others tell you, they exist and yes you and I can feel them. WHY? Because in every human is a spirit... A spirit senses another spirit. The problem with other is that they don't believe it, its just indeference for them. If you are sure of something you can search and find out... That is the problem with your friends. Mine too.
So, to answear your question or quest, don't talk with any "Sarah", I had one of those in my mind that was telling me: there is that, now or tomorrow this will happen etc. Get rid of it and do this: when you go to sleep, close your eyes and lie on your back, like normal sleep. Concentrate on the sounds in the room, the feelings, if you have a tingling on your back is the kundalini rising up when you are scared, don't open your eyes... Just think you are invisible and you can spy on them. Just listen closely what is there and if its bad or not. You can communicate with them but is very dangerous if you don't listen in the first time, because you can communicate with the wrong spirit, a demon, a restless one and that will be bad for you, trust me.
