His Spirit Keeps Visiting My Dreams. Why?

There is this person I used to know, he was 24 years old when he died of a cardiac arrest. I'm a year younger than him. I hardly knew him at all, but I knew him a long time ago. I used to like him when I was younger, but I don't know if he ever felt the same. He died last month, and I went to his memorial. I had a boyfriend who passed away a couple years ago and have had many very real dreams of him. This guy has come to my dreams twice, and in both dreams he was affectionate with me even though I was never close to him. I saw him in my dream last night, and he was kissing my cheek a few times and I kissed him back. I remember asking him how he was doing, and in my dream he said "alright". It was just me and him and we were sitting close together. Why do you think he keeps coming to my dreams even though we weren't close in reality? Do you think he's trying to tell me something? If you are a medium, what do you think? I don't know why he's in my dreams and I would really like to find out. I also had a dream of my late boyfriend the night before, and I kept hearing his voice but I couldn't see him. Then I saw him and for some reason I was confused as if I wasn't sure why he was "alive" in my dream. I asked him to come to my dream before I went to sleep and he did! Do you think he heard me? Also, what is your opinion on my dreams with the other guy? In my dreams I was sitting close to him and he felt very real. Please let me know what you think, it would be much appreciated! Thanks
