Hearing my Name Called

Due to my recent events of hearing knocking on the inside of my dresser next to me and cracking sounds on different rooms of my house of the same kind I began explaining these times out loud to my family that is aware of past encounters I have lived with in my life time. In the past two days I have now heard a kid saying, "Mom" next to me while in my bedroom awake yesterday and again two hours into my sleep very loudly. The first time it happened I expected one of my kids to tell me not to give up their hiding place so they could scare the other one, but when I couldn't see them and they didn't answer me when I said, "Who said that?" it came to my attention both of my kiddos were in the living room with their dad. The voice that woke me up from a deep sleep on the first night of this year that we used our loud air purifier and the air conditioner both said it so clearly that I knew this time it was not one of the two youngest kiddos. So I typed I to my browser... I keep hearing a kid saying "mom" to me and found this page that I have been reading above. Eerily similarly. Since reading this post above I have first checked on my oldest two of my kiddos that do not live with me. They are both fine and getting a good laugh at my over protective attempt to save them if at all they are need of any saving that I will be there to do so by all the goodness in the world they need not fear... After that moments ago I have stomped on the floor telling it to go away. Rather good nor bad has to leave. For longer then usual I am seeking a closer relationship with God and I pray more, but not near enough in my own desires of how much I should according to me. Obviously this is not well spoken from my own struggle I'm having with trying now to decide what direction I take. In my past it has been loud and clear who and what and why I have encountered someone and I wouldn't give much thought to what needs to be done before just doing it. This one different because I know know who and I don't know why and I can't decide if I will help it or demand it stop. Anyways, I am so thankful to find you all here posting relating to my experience. I didn't feel alone before, but hopefully if I were to reach out to any of you then you will truly be there.

If this is happening while your children are sleeping its their spirits leaving their bodies while they are sleeping. My daughter use to do it to me all the time. (there is a name for it but I can't spell)

it sounds like your son was maybe sleep talking. I always know when someone is going to get up. When a spirit talks its a different voice its not same voice of someone you know.

I just have one thing to say, who gave me these words, and how did I come up with them, and in such a way, that there was something to say...yes, I wrote it out fast, and it may take a little thinking as you read, to understand it, but it makes sense to me in my ming, I feel it does, I felt I should write, and I wrote what I felt.

I believe, that if there is to be given any gift, you have to want it, you have to want to use it, you have to want to use it for good, and it has to be something that if you are given, will be used, and when used, it will be used by the right person, for the right job...so, if you are a mother, and you have children, Yes, you are capable, and do have a God given ability to know things, so that you can take care of your family and watch over them... And if you fail to care for them, or think of them, then your awareness for and of them will be diminished, and the voice of safety will be dulled by your ignorance or perhaps your lack of listening for it... Not trying to be harsh, but, yes, you do need to keep an ear open for a voice of warning... Just as you would take precautions to watch over your baby, you must do so mentally for that voice which will come to you if you have an open mind and know that it is there, and do listen to it when it comes, and act on it... Some people don't know it's there, because, when it has come, they have dismissed it as a thought of their own, and have never followed up on the instinct, and let's say, when they were warned that they should go somewhere, and they don't, and then later, they find out something bad happened... Or it could be really a small thing to you, but important to someone else, and if you are not listening, then you will not hear, when the voice calls... And the voice does call. It is there to help us, I know this for sure, I really do, I have forgotten how much I know it is true, until I began to think of it again... Yes I receive help in many forms, and for each person they need to be listening to here it when it comes... Somtimes it will be a voice, a feeling, a sudden alertness to someone or something, an idea... Where do you think all of the good ones come from?...that's what I thought...anyway...i Know that Anything is possible... If you desire a gift of something, that you need, you can pray for it, you may not receive it in the exact form you previousely desired or thought that the gift would come in or as, but it will come in time... Try this... Write down your desires in a journal, and what you prayed for, and see what happens, of couse, you must really care about whatever it is that you are trying for, if you want something good, then live a good life, so that a good gift can be offered to you... Good comes from good and from doing good - "Ben"

I hear voices also and I believe mine to be a spirit guide trying to contact and let me know they are around.

However, I think in this case the bond between mother and child comes into play.

Perhaps it's a clairaudient precognition. Perhaps one night Parker will come in distressed and it is a warning to assure you of your instincts.

On the other hand, it could have been telepathy but I believe that your maternal instinct may have naturally warned you about your daughter's distress so you could be there before she becamse so.
Of course this could still be linked with the paranormal because, like precognition you were able to see the event before it occured.

hollinor... Think about it for a day or two and wherever it started because like I said in the last post that's the source. And I would do a little expermenting in the meantime if it makes the most noise in your bedroom let's say then I would put the oil on what ever it likes to rap on I would sprinklea little kosher salt here and there and if you think that it might growl in your ear put a dab of the oil on your ear the purpose of this is to see if it backs down. If it does well you have some tools to work with 😐

Wow, I don't remember exactly when it started. But I know for sure it was going on in the house we lived in Savannah. And it followed me when I left there, because we moved in with my sister in Atlanta for a short time before I came back to California. It happened a couple of times at her house. I wonder if that ties in with all the scratches I was getting on my body. (I know for sure the scratches started in Hawaii.) I got a really nasty one on my ankle a couple of weeks ago. They used to be straight lines, like cat scratches. But this one looked like someone tried to take a chunk out of my ankle. And the funny thing about them is they NEVER hurt, even the yucky looking one.

Also, I get knockings in my house. It happens on the wall and ceilings. But it also happens on items inside the room. Like I have my Directv box in my room. I heard knocking on the box. When I moved it to the other side of the room to get ready to put it into the attic, it knocked over there too. I will hear things in my room being moved around, and I get the distinct impression that whatever is doing it WANTS me to realize that it is being done. I don't know if you understand what I mean. I don't feel afraid, but when I look in the direction of the noise, I almost feel like I should see someone there. I remember once in Savannah, I was laying on the couch watching tv. I had my head on the arm of the sofa and the remote was laying right next to my ear. Out of the blue, there was a loud knocking on the remote that made me jump up. And it sounded like whatever it was used fingernails instead of knuckles to make the noise.

hollinor... I would do it now and for a few days straight before it gets to crazy and then I would do it as a preventive measure once a month. And then google St. Michael and find a good prayer for protection and say it daily right after you put the kids down for the night. When Did the growling first start ? Hawaii ? Where did this start because a ghost will go away or it can be dealt with but the growling noise disturbs me Its the source behind your hauntings...

Taralynn, I would say that your house is haunted with a spirit or spirits...I've had dealings with this, unfortunately, continuously for the last 12 years. I did recently find something that seems to have worked for me. Very similar to what hollinar said except that you first get a white sage stick. Light it and pay respect to the north, east, south then west. Smudge yourself as well. Recite the passage from Ephesians, Chapter 6, verse 10. Stomp your foot in the center of your home and state that you are making a stake for God. That it is your right being a daughter of God to claim it as holy land. That all with ill will or ill intent must leave and go to where Jesus tells them. They are to remain there until the judgement day when He who has the right to judge will. Only love will be allowed to remain. Then, put crosses of holy water above and on the sides of every door and window. Additionally, keep the sage going, don't let it go out on its own. Take the sage and walk the entirety of your property lines. In the middle of your yard, repeat the same as above. Good Luck. And may your angels be with you and your children. P.S. Sage all who live there before they enter your property.

Yes, I usually annoint every doorway, window, and opening in the house with oil blessed by our pastor and walk throughout the house saying Psalm 91 out loud. I had to do that with our last home because things were getting out of control. But we've only been there about two weeks. It usually takes months for that stuff to set in.

hollinor... See having a Roman Catholic background we have all kind of things to work with. Now if it was me I would hang a rosary on every kids bed post and a cross would be in the room inside above the door and when the kids were not there I would bless the room with holy water. And then along with a prayer to St. Michael step back to see if everything quieted down in the room. That should send a message that their not welcome in the kids room... Can you do anything like that ?

Okay Edmund, talk to me. Just last night I heard my son crying quite loudly. He was upstairs in his room, and I was downstairs in the kitchen. I had JUST put them (he and his three sisters) to bed. I rush up the stairs and stood in the doorway calling, "Alex! Alex! Are you okay?!" No answer. I thought he was ignoring me because he tends to do that when he is upset. He's 5 by the way. I go to his bed and I shake him calling his name again. His sisters are still awake, because as I said, I had just put them to bed. I'm now nearly shaking him like a rag doll. He finally comes to and I ask him if he's alright to which he says "yes" and rolls over to go back to sleep. Meanwhile, his sister finally start breathing again because they were terrified for their brother.

I must note that just before that, I heard the voices of two men having a conversation downstairs in my kitchen. Then after I determined that Alex was okay, I walk across the hall into my bedroom and hear the men talking in there too for a moment. My eldest daughter, who's 11, has been coming to me on a daily basis asking if I called her name and I have not. This has been going on for about two weeks now. Well, she's heard her name lots of times before, but for the last two weeks, it's been daily.

I guess I should add that we just moved into this house on Feb. 1, so we haven't been there long. I live with a friend and her sons who have lived there a year before us. She said she hears a child in her bedroom, right next to her ear, but that is it. She always intially thinks it's one of her own kids, but she's alone in the room.

Thanks Everyone! I hope that whatever or whoever this is will be revealed very soon so that I can get some sleep! Parker has said that he didn't get out of bed at all and never called my name. It was dark in the room, however Parkers room is well lit because of his nightmares. The light seems to help keep things or aliens as he calls them away. Later, Tara

hi If your hearing things its in your mind the spirit can get in your mind and say it loud so it makes out everyone in the room can hear it. Its happened to me nothing to worry about it happens to most of us. We just don't know why I just want some answers of spirits I have seen because last year I saw 7 spirits and heard 5 I just want to know why there here and why I'm seeing other people's loved ones.

Hi Taralynn. I can see how this disturbs you especially since it is your childrens voices. I have had the same thing happen to me my children calling out to me in my sleep. I found it disturbing also. Is there anyone that the children have had interaction with that perhaps is not all that trustworthy. Or perhaps it is a warning for you to be cautious about the environment your children are in. Something is disturbing you perhaps sometimes life can overburden us. Even unrelated issues that have nothing to do with you or your family. It's possible that you fear for your childrens safety in some aspect or have concerns what the future may hold for them. Little ones have the capacity to communicate with us telepathicly. When my eldest son was just a little fellow under 3 years old I only had to send him a message in my mind and he would come to me with whatever I requested from him. His son my first born grandson has the same ability and my son has tested him with it many times. The theory of the collective consciousness is something which I believe in so why should we question this ability to communicate with our children in the same way. Dont fear it next time you hear your children call out to you in a dream state ask them the question in your mind what is it that is troubleing them. A mothers instinct is to protect and your own fear could be drawing your children closer to you as you all sleep. Do you feel safe in your home do you feel that your children are safe. Address these issues and make sure that the environment you live in is not stressful. Stress or fear can bring on a heightened sense of awareness. The other possibility is that they are dreaming and their drawing you into their sphere because you are their protector. I hope this helps you. In some small measure. All the best Gypsy

taralynn... Trust your Mom instincts you know your children better than anybody else on the planet... Something is trying to get your attention by imitating your childrens voices. Got a bit of a strong feeling about this. Keep us posted 😁

Hey Taralynn, perhaps Parker was sleep walking ? You did mention that it was dark and you could not see anything, which would mean that he would enter and exit your room without you being able to see him. Do check on that cause if he is sleep walking he can hurt himself ! Cant think of a reason behind you hearing your daughter calling out to you. Be safe ! Cheers !
