Hi Everyone! I have been searching the internet for answers to the experiences that I have been having lately and I am wondering if anyone can help. I am 21 years old and have had "psychic" abilities ever since I can remember. My entire life I have had premonitions of future events, have seen what I think are spirits and have been able to see auras.
When I was little I thought I had problems with my eyes, or that I was going crazy, but there was too much evidence against this. Around the time I was 13 years old up until I was about 19 I had terrible sleeping problems being woken up by people standing by my bed or people speaking into my ear.
Every other night I am woken up by someone standing in my room telling me something. Usually what they say has no relevance to anything, until the next couple of days when I have an experience that can tie back to my dream... (I call them dreams even though I am clearly awake)
I still have all of these experiences (though not quite to that extent), but now I see things that I cannot identify. When I concentrate for a moment I can see waves all around me. They are everywhere and they are all different colors. (picture say, the reflections of streaks of light that you see when you look at the bottom of a clear pool) When I concentrate harder, they form into shapes. I also feel a persistent tingling on the right side of my skull, the direct center of my back and my hands.
Does anyone have these experiences or have the slightest idea as to what they are? None of my friends know that I experience these things, but lately they have been driving me crazy. I cannot go to class, go to work or just hang out without seeing these shadows and waves. I watch as people pass through them, unaffected. If I concentrate and look to my side, it is almost as if I can see a person walking past me, or standing beside me. It is so hard to explain.
Once in a while I get terrible migraines, but I have been to the doctor and I do not have any conditions, such as epilepsy. This leads me to believe that my experiences have psychic connotations.
I am not a skeptic because I have seen the future in my own dreams and have proven that psychic abilities do exist. This is why I think that the waves in the air have something to do with it... Are they energy fields? Any thoughts? I'm interested to see if anyone else can see what I see! Thanks for the input!

But you might be seeing the karma links itself because you mentioned the color lines turning into shape when you focus and the dimensional energy fields as you guessed. When your that physically imbound by your psychic connections that you've reached the physical level or higher this can happen. I actually miss being able to see those. They can really come in handy when analyzing situations that happen unexpectedly and other experiences in life.
You can try practice focusing to turn on and off seeing them though. It is like when since you can see them looking through a microscopic lens or seeing "through them". So when your focusing to try to turn it off you'll want to focus your eye range widen perspective of looking at things everywhere instead. Its hard to explain but I hope you understand what I mean.
