To start off, I was born a highly sensitive and intuitive child with a soul of an Artist. I am a sun sign Virgo, numerology Life Path#11, Chinese astrology animal Tiger, and personality INFJ. As I got older I started to put the pieces together and came to a conclusion that I am an old soul. The only one with my family whom are sought to be young souls. This explains why I am often the person people seek for guidance.
It was in 2011, the beginning of my spiritual journey, that I was lead to believe I was an Empath. After some time of study and self-reflection, I was able to finally understand how to control myself as an Empath. I recommend every Empath to develop themselves fully, because it will help unleash your healing abilities.
Once I conquered that ability as an Empath I unlocked a new ability, one most would label to be Clairsentience. This ability is a blessing, but, at the same time, it is confusing. At first it was awesome. However, now I am stuck with just feeling them touch me without knowing who they are, along with their reasoning for being with me. Its weird how life works. I thought I were to develop this clairsentient ability to allow for another to arise, but I am experiencing things through sight, along with hearing.
Recently, I witnessed with my peripheral vision, a line of white light come out from the wall. I watched it makes its way to my chest. When it got to my chest, I felt it physically touch me. This lasted for a couple minutes. It soon disappeared. A couple nights later I made my way into the kitchen. I went to the refrigerator, opened the door and stood there contemplating my choice of drink to quince my thirst. I was stuck between choosing water, or just consuming the great taste of a coke. Then, all of a sudden, the white light appears again. Its a stream of light. It came from the right side of my vision and made a trail to the bottle of water inside the fridge. Its almost as though it was saying, "Choose the water". So, I picked the bottle of water. Its weird though, because this line of white light looks similar to what came out of the chest of Donnie in Donnie Darko. The substance that extended out of his chest, along with his sister. That is actually what it reminds me of, but what I seen was white. It was light. Does anyone know what this could be? Did anyone have a similar experience?
Next, I am able to physically feel spirits touch me. They hug me, pull at my clothes, place their hands on my stomach. One time I felt a pressure on the top of my head. It felt as though it was a large hand. Another time I felt a spirit put something around my neck. I envisioned a necklace. Sometimes they just place their hands on my shoulder. I can also feel them sit next to me on the couch, climb in my bed and pull at my clothes. When I sage my room, or myself, I can feel something crawl down my back and up to my shoulder. Its almost as though it is running from the smoke of the sage. Crazy weird.
However, I can not see them, nor can I hear them. The only thing I can see is white foggy outlines of spirits, along with black mist in the shape of people, very transparent. That and black shadows. But my gut doesn't initiate fear. So, I feel no concerns with these spirits, but I just would like some help on how I can develop the ability to communicate with them. Having the ability to feel them is great, but I feel there is more to it.
I am also able to feel vibrations and energy. They appear on random parts of my body. Just the other day I was sitting at my computer and I felt a tingly sensation on my leg. It felt like something was holding on to my leg. My first thought was it was a child. When my dog came into the room the vibrations of that spirit got intense, as though it got scared. But he stayed on my leg for about an hour and then I never felt him/her again. Other times I can feel vibrations on my arms, as though something is holding on to my arm. This usually happens when I sit at my computer. The reason behind that is because my body is usually really relaxed. Anyone know anything about this?
The other night I was laying down in bed and I heard this binaural beat sound in my right ear. It came out of no where. Ever since that night I hear it every night. It isn't an airplane or anything of that sort, because it happens at the same time every night. Well, usually early in the A.M, like 2 or 3.
Any, and all, advice would bring clarity to the questions, those in which I seek.
