Your exactly right, she said that she can't talk about her religion because of the school rules, and that is right she could be helping me I never thought of that, that would make a lot more sense.

Recurring dreams usually occur when something is not taken from the dream or you did not perform the task needed to get this "forbidden knowledge" from you subconscious. As part of your natural psychic ability, you should be able to take control of your own dreams, if not, this is something you must work on. I can only recommend that you confront her in the dreams by taking control of your dreams and addressing her.

As for outside the dream world...

You're already in dangerous territory with a teacher at you school, I know because I've been there. It's a strong possibility that your friends are right, but I think an even strong possibility is that she can't address you in waking life because of that boundary. You can argue that there isn't one, but with the current world that we live in, a teacher says anything out of line and they are kicked from the classroom. It's good to keep that in mind when dealing with these types of situations. They are in a very dangerous spot because of their status in the community. I noticed you are northern, then this statement is EXTREMELY true, society believes they are not allowed to have real conversations with their students (and I'm not knocking it, because that comes with good reason on a lot of cases).

The fact she instantly asked if it was a good or bad spirit tells me that she's familiar with the subject matters. She's seen these types of things before, as she's claimed.

Another interesting point is that you yourself are "haunted" (for lack of a better word at the moment) by a spirit. There are spirits in the parallel realm that pick psychics as their own for one reason or another, this is much different than a "guardian angel". These spirits, whether good or bad, have seen something within you and cling to that, either for protection or to protect you yourself. In my dreams her necklace had a black cross in it, when my friend passed the teacher in the guidance office I asked what was on her necklace and she said a cross, the weird thing is I never noticed it before until after the dream. And after the dream it started to stand out more to me.

the necklace stands out but not only that her emotions, I get images almost like flashes of a man and a women, the women being her arguing back and forth, its so much. Every couple of days she shows up in a dream trying to say something to me. One time I was walking in the schools hallway and I seen her, I was so much aware of her showing up that I ran from her in my dream, just a little side note I can control my dreams as far as setting, but this time I was aware I was asleep, and I ran away from her but she chased me down, not in a I'm going to hurt you kind of way, it was more of a "I want your help" kind of thing, she caught up to me and asked why don't I say hi and I said its because of my readings I get off of her and she said "oh okay" same with me. I have been told by other psychics she could be psychic as well, I feel the same way, I wish I could talk to her face to face about this whole thing but what am I going to say, I can't go up to a teacher and say " hey I'm a psychic medium and are you one too" I mean its awkward as is lol. But I don't know I thought the dreams would stop but they dont, she shows up in different ways each time. I want to help her, but how is my question.

Necklace can be expensive signifying worth,... She's trying to tell you something but all you end up noticing is her necklace is that it?

Perhaps the necklace is distracting you somehow making you overlook the words she says, a predetermined view of her might be hindering you.
