Ghost Girl Trying To Kill Me In My Sleep

I should probably say a little bit about myself so that my story makes some sort of sense. I am 18 years old, and I have been having dreams similar to this one all my life, but it's starting to get out of control. My family owns a tourist camp in the middle of nowhere, and I know the road to this camp like the back of my hand. So here is my dream...

I am on the road to my camp always coming from a different direction and I am always walking (it would be completely unreasonable to walk this road, it is incredibly long), I get to a certain point where my family goes bass fishing off of a rock and there is a girl standing in a break in the trees facing the water. She is about my height (4"11) with long black wavy hair, blunt bangs a round face, a black aline tee-shirt dress with red shoes, she has pale skin, and floats and is quite obviously a ghost.

When I was younger and would have the dream she would ignore me completely and stare at the lake, as I started to get older she would look at me, then walk near me, then walk towards me, then touch me, etc. This is all over a 7 or 8 year period.

Last night I had a dream that I was walking down the road with my grandma and she was telling me that my great grandma had passed on and that I would receive a message from her (my great grandma passed away before christmas 2012) then she was telling me that when my great grandpa passed away that I would receive a message from him (he passed away october 2011). So we keep walking down the road and we get to the clearing and sure enough the girl is standing there. She looks at me, walks towards me and says something, I can't remember what. She gets really close to me and is carrying a hook in her hand, its purple and rusty and large. I told her she needed to go away and she said I had something on my neck she needed to get and she put the hook around my neck... Then I woke up.

If anyone has any idea what this might mean or something please tell me...
