Weird Shadow Things

Over the past few weeks, sometimes when I walk past a room I see a shadow thing in the corner of my eye and I get really scared, also, I've started feeling as if someone or something is watching me. Has anyone else experienced this or is it just my imagination? If you have experienced this, is it dangerous? I'm only 13 and I'm really scared. I've also read something about a third eye, do you think it might be that? Also if I develop my third eye will that be going against my religion? (I'm a Greek orthodox) Will I go to hell for developing it? I've told my friends about this but they think that it's just me being paranoid but to be honest also, I'm starting to get these weird vibes when I walk into a room or something, a few weeks ago, I went to the hospital to visit my grandpa and as soon as I walked into the hospital I got the vibe, it was a vibe of sadness. Sorry for rambling on but I really want someone to tell me what's going on, I can't tell my mum because she's scared of the supernatural and she probably won't believe me anyway.

I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me figure out what's going on because I'm starting to get really freaked out. I also know that I don't have any mental disorders because my friends would've told me if I have started acting weird lately.

(By the way, sometimes I awake to see this shadow thing on my door looking at me, I can't really see it but I see this outline of a person)

Hello!

Shadow people are pretty common to see, both by psychics and people without abilities. Most of the time they're harmless, but super creepy, hahaha. I know they're scary:/, but I promise that very rarely are they dangerous and mostly just seem...curious?

The 3rd eye is the focus for abilities such as Seeing the future and clairvoyance. Your story doesn't give us much to go on, so we can't be sure what your ability is yet.

Lastly, my sister and I are also religious people. However, our religion embraces psychic gifts and encourages you to accept them and development. So from our point of view, of course you are not going to hell!:)

Thanks for the feedback, it really helped a lot.:) I have one question, if I tell a spirit to leave, will it get angry at me or will it just go away?

I am 16. I can see spirits. & my situation was much like yours at the beginning. I was very terrified to be alone. I saw shadows, and could just feel whether they were good or bad. As hard as it may be, try not to be scared. If you feel threatened, then make it clear that it isn't welcomed around you. Eventually, young began to have strange dreams, or see full body spirits as I did. Or this may be the extent of your abilities. I truly don't believe you will go to Hell. My religion is different from yours, but I believe that it is a gift to help.:-)

You may have a gift that has yet to be discovered. Everything happens for a reason and within that reason is a reason. If you are seeing things and get not such a good vibe I would not be scared. Like attracts like so if you become scared you will attract more spirits that may seek that kind of reaction. You need to learn if things still are being this way for you to protect yourself spiritually. This normally has to do with visualizing and saying a few words. You may look it up online on how to go about this if interested. GOOD LUCK! 😁
