Before It Happens

Every since I was a young girl, I've always been able to foresee things and also able to walk in a place and tell if somebody died in it. I really need some help with this. I been running from it for so long and now I'm ready to understand it and/or confront it. About a year ago my sister was about to go to a party, after hanging up from her, I had a vision that she was going to be in a accident, I called her and begged her not to go, it took a lot of persuading but because I was crying and she knew I was serious she decided to stay home. The next morning on the news the route she would have taken there was a 3 car accident and several people didn't survive, I call her and we both started crying. A couple of weeks ago I was driving and a saw my older brother dead in his bedroom, I call my aunt because I don't talk to my brother that often and she gave me his number I called him and he was okay, A week later he was on his way home and normally he would go straight home but decided to make a stop we he arrived his neighbors were standing outside, and told him they hard a loud sound that came from his apartment when he went in the apartment he notice that his bedroom ceiling had collapse, he said if he didn't make that stop he would have been laying in his bed, it would have killed him... This has always kind of freak me out and I don't know how to understand it. A couple of days ago, I went home did my usual and prepared myself for my evening work-out, I felt something odd in my house and it felt like it was draining my energy, so I jump on my treadmill and started working out anyway, normally I would do an hour, but I didn't have the energy so instead I decided to shower and go to sleep at 3:33 I was awaken, I felt like something was in my room since I'm a christian I started praying, now its very seldom that anything scares me or make me feel uncomfortable but I was so afraid after about 30 minutes I was able to go back to sleep still feeling unease. In the past I would sometimes for my family and friends before they would rent or purchase a house I would go and check it out and make sure I don't detect any spirits. I would like to know have anybody else experience this and please explain to me what's with the 333 sequence again I would like to understand this gift and how to better use it.
