This is my thought and you don't have to take this advice, fear is what locks down your ability. The key here is to defeat that demon that keeps you grounded, once you don't fear it anymore and allow yourself to live beyound fear itself then you'll be right on track again. That demon feeds on your fear and won't allow you to find peace. Do you still remember when you first knew about your gift and put it to work you felt full of life and unstopable sort of speak... Get yourself back to that mindset and you'll see yourself in new light. So here is the step you might want to take in regaining your ability. 1. Find peace, 2. Remember who you are, and 3. i couldn't say for sure if you can help the spirits into the light. I have trouble just talking to one that follows me. I haven't even seen its whole shape yet. I think all our psychic ability come from our guides. They give us the information, it's up to us to listen. Meditating does clear the mind and makes the message come through clear. Great experience!

i had a dream last night of trapping two people but they werent exactly human. And later on this person told me to go find this person but this person was stronger than the other two and I think was the leader.

I think that if that kind of experience ever happened at this point in my life, I would probably commit myself. The experience was "real" 3dimentional, lifelike in every way. What I get now, is, words flashed in front of my face, words spoken in my ear, things fixed that were damaged. Suttle, but clear messages. One happened the other day. I had a completely flat tire, I drove 1mi to the gas station, my 3 year old praying in the back seat. Filled the tire, took 6 hours to get flat again, filled it. Filled it again on Sat. Tire has been fine sinse Sat, this is Mon afterenoon and it's still fine, so far. My husband is "dumbfounded" I took it as a sign to maybe keep my cell phn charged, or drive slower, I don't know, but it makes you think.

We shall surely see. What may happen might shock us all.

I don't think it's your head. The things you see, and hear could be just spirits. But that voice in your head could be your spirit guide but it could not be too. How did you feel about that voice? Did you feel as your spirit guide or random spirit?

About the dreams, yes they are visions. You have precognition. They will probably come sometimes. Do you prefer not having them? Or do you like having them? You can block it for an amount of time but that's mostly it.

Well, your abilities are obviously Psychic, Medium, Empath, and Elemntal. You're element is fire which makes this you're easiest element to control.

You put up walls to try and block out your ABILITES, when you should have just blocked out the negative entites. You have a strong amount of power for someone so young (I would know, I'm 13) and that's going to attract somethings that you don't want. You just got to show them who's boss, and use whatever method you find most helpful. I personaly imagine a white light sorrunding me and have found it effective, but everyone's diffrent.

You blocked you abilities for so long that its going to be hard to get them back. I think you should mediate to clear your head and simply let go. It's going to be hard to do, but it is possible. It's going to be much like when you first discovered your abilities, and you're going to have to work at strangthning them again. And it might help for you to be around your element, fire. And possibly burn an offering for it, like food or herbs. Fire is my element too, but I'm not very good at elemental control. Maybe a slight flicker every now and then.

I completly agree with you. It's not what being your from that matters, it's the actions you do in it's name. There can't be Light without Dark, and vice versa. All we need is some balance XD

It sounds to me like you have started developing psychic abilities. Sometimes we develope them on our own, and sometimes we activate that part of our brain threw reading about it, like I did.
Many times, your abilities will start off small, with just a few things happening. If you leave it alone, they either continue in small bursts, or disappear completly.
But if you want to strengthn your gifts, there's what you need to do:

- Be sure to mediaite. It helps clear your head and balance out your life, making psychic abilites easier to flow.

- Read about psychics and abilities. It subconsiously activates the part of our brains that control psychic abilites.

- And lastly, believe in it. Psychic abilities come from nothing, and everything. They weren't created, they simply Are, so it's important that you believe in your abilities, or they will simply stop, and after that, it's hard to get them back.

It can be very scary learning to deal with something that it seems very few people around you have or even believe in. I too have the ability to see and hear spirits, sense them in a place, know if they are good and bad, and am sometimes bombarded by images and feelings that are not my own. The best thing you can do is learn how to put up a protective barrier so that you can still feel safe while exploring your gift. My psychic friend suggested visualizing a bright white light engulfing me then moving out into the room. It has been an amazing tool that has made a huge difference in my life.

And then, the shadows come. How Could I possibly control this! They have been not only about people close to me but about things in the world, mostly canada. I have had 4 of them and have a fifth shadow scene which completely stumps me. My latest one happened yesterday with the B.C water bomber going down, plus the helicopter before that. The oil spill was my first one. The incident at the stampede with the ride crash was my second. Help?

it's all caused by kinetic energy, we all have it but some are more stronger. Especially with an psychic and if the person is going through tramatic experiance. Or just plain stress, can cause this to happen. I am also a psychic and lately I have been having dreams about my abusive father, (who is no longer in my life) recently I've been noticing odd things like when spometimes you go to a store you get that broken buggy and he wheel is messed up. Well that happemns to me. My mom will push it first and it will be perfectly fine, brand new bugy's by the way too. Then when I get it it starts making that annoying bu bum bu bump noise from the wheel messing up. This has happened every single time I push a buggy. Then with the microwave and oven, I swear the things truly must hate me. They're always cutting off on me and all kinds of other wierd stuff. Then the other day I had to weedeat for my neighbor the thing kept dying on me and going all wonky. So I got my mom to see what was wrong with it. And it worked perfectly for her. She told me nothing was wrong with it and even weedeated for me a little, the thing worked perfectly fine. Then she gave it back to me and guess what happened? It died again.

with a lot of peple like me, kenisis only shows up under stress of some kind.that's why some don't even realize it's them who are doing things. But others can learn to control it, and manipulate things around them. Particularly things that can hold or act as a conduit of some sort for energy. In my case metal, with the buggy's. And an electrical motor, the weedeater, and the appliances.

my situation is quite strange. I normally can't seem to remember my dreams after I wake up. But there have been many times that the dreams that I remember in the morning come true, sooner or later. I am terrified of it. Because there are certain very terrifying dreams which I clearly remember, even today. I am scared, what if they come true. And there is this one dream in which I get locked up in a very dark room by mistake. I see this dream quite often and wake up screaming. And I can never forget it. Does this happen to anybody else? And do you have any explanation to this?

Adah is right, you should do some cleansing and meditating. Cleansing yourself and your energy should realease all the pent up negativity and tension, hopefully leaving you with a semi clear slate. I recommend trying some visual techniques as well, for example with colors. Especially when your around people, and you think you'll have the issue of 'breaking into' them, try placing yourself into a 'bubble' of your own energy, and this bubble with be your safe place, where all of you stays in and all of everything else stays out. Also, you may want to work with your aura directly. Try this;

In a quiet place where you shouldn't be disturbed, center yourself and relax. Close your eyes, listen to your heart beat, listen to your breathing, and just slow down. No cell phone, no tv, no computer, nothing. Just you. (basically, start meditating) when you are ready, imagine your aura, or rather, a light around you to represent your aura. Feel it as a part of you, like an arm or a leg. Tell yourself that it is yours, and you can control it (because you can ). Then try to move it. Sometimes its easier if you psychically move as well, especially when first starting out. See it move with your body, feel it connected to you. Then try to stretch it out away from your body, lenghten it, let it reach out far, then bring it back. This is especailly great to match with your brathing. Inhale; bring it in. Exhale; stretch it out. With this you'll learn to understand that it is yours to control, and you will be able to control yourself better.

Trying to turn off a part of yourself should be painful. Its like trying to stop your heart beat. Its part of you, and without it you're jsut not the same. Just becasue you don't understand something, doesn't mean you should try and forget it or try and turn it off. A number of us have been there and done such, and can tell you that you're right, it's not at all pleasant, and that you're nto alone. You never will be.

It's wonderful that you found your way here, and you will find many are here for the same reason, and many are here to lend a hand, to help teach those who seak knowledge, to lead the younger generations, and still also to ask their own questions, because to some one we are all a younger generation.

I was talking about everyone like, when everyone comes unbound. I don't really know how that stuff works. I just heard the term from a friend that it means that powers become active or something. Guess I'll just have to wait and see until that day.

I can't argue with that. Like I said. MOst likely, a lot of these claims are exaggerated. But still, there are some that actually can do these things, but right now they are on a very small scale. I can honestly say that I don't watch anime shows. I'm more of a comedy central and discovery channel and spike, and mtv kind of person.

I have to agree with Zen and Rash. Lately there have been a lot of movies dealing with the elements and cartoons. So now kids your age. (their targets for the cartoons and movies) think that every time the wind blows when your thinking and sad. You think your aerokentic. For all these experinces, just think of how many times the wind blows with out you doing shnit.

I don't really care to much about talking to the elements. I mean how boring is that. If you can maintain a conversation with the wind you got problems. I think your really bored if your talking to the wind.

Bottom line is controling elements is useless. One you never be able to do anything usefull. Everyone would eventually use it for battle but all you would be able to do is make a breeze or make it rain.

I'm so Happy I found this blog. I've been having this experience for about 2yrs. It happened in march of 2008. I was on my porch and I saw this stream of light going back and forth across the trees like a flash light then it got faster. All of a sudden it started comming closer I went in got my mom and asked her what she saw? Nothin she said! Then Rods started comming from the sky and crashing on the ground bending where they hit and this AMAZING LIGHT SHOW BEGAN! It went on for about a half hr. I was very deep into my religios beliefs at this time even not given in to my sexual desires. So when it was all done I was baffled! What a Gift to see such BEAUTY! I went in and drew a pic of it and wrote My Beautiful light show on top and the date. Then the next night I went out cause at the time I was staying with my mom and the one bad habit I still had was smoking. So I went out to smoke and I saw these white like pin lights flying all around. They started going around me real fast like when you look down at the pavement when your driving that blurry fast look. It was like a protected force feild around me I never felt so safe! Then I also saw a green ball of light that just zoomed around. I sat out there for what seemed like hours watching. This went on for days. Finally one night when I went in so did the light. I started seeing it in the house. I play christian music in the house and when I do you should see the action that goes on with these lights. I wanted to know why I was seeing them I was nervous I knew something wasn't right. I was the only one and I knew people would think I was crazy if I started talking about it. So I prayed on it I asked God to reveal to me what they were. The next a.m. I woke up with Corinthians 12 in my head. I'm very spiritual and love the Lord but I can't really get into reading the bible cause there's to many thou's and Art's it's confusing, So I didn't even know there was a Corinthian's I looked it up and it's your spritual Gift! I felt MUCH BETTER! When I would play my christain music the balls of lights would get really active and the one green ball would zoom all over. So I would actually stand in my dining rm and under my hanging light above the kitchen table. I could actually take my hand and stir it around and around in circles and I would stir that green light into my hands. I could actually touch it! This is all true from my heart. Also I saw what people look like when there invisible in movies that blurry look! I seen that once. I saw a whole body standing by my mom's car but I stopped quick, struck with fear so now I just see blotches about 3 ft worth. I believe it to be spirits I see etheric energy on doorways people I can even watch my hands trail that happened a lot when this first happened and I was really spiritual. I wanted to know more so I prayed for more answrs again. Then my mom told me that Elizabeth Foley a Angelologist was going to be at Barnes and Noble. I went and saw her and she also verified that these lights were Angels!:) I see these lights every day. If your scared all you have to do is say where are you my angels? I don't think it's fair to lump us all together as being liars just because we're young. Sure, there might be some who are exaggerating. But what about those who are telling the truth? All you're doing is making them feel bad about something they can't control, need help with, and are born with, so they can't exactly decide to not influence an element. Did you ever think that maybe these stories come from a certain age group because that's when most of these types of abilities begin to manifest?

Note: One thing I think that most people get wrong is that you don't control an element. You influence it and work with it. You are respectful, not demanding.

this would be a perfect example of when to use sciance. You all know the 4 elments right. Well if you look a the atoms some a faster than the others. So some people are bron with the knowledege to controle a certain speed of atoms. Now evryone knows what lighting is made of right. Well eletricty has a diffrent speed from water. So you should be able to controle the faster moving atoms like fire and wind and lighiting. Hope that explaines it

i agree but I don't think there truly are people who can controle the weather but cna draw enrgy from certain speeds of atoms (win,water,fire and earth) and mayby able cotrole them. But I don't know any one who can actuly controle weather whitchi m prety sure should be extrmely hard from how big a surface area the sky is.

But his qustion is the most insresting to me if you guys go in the search thing in this website and you look at the diffrent states more of a certain physics are in certain areas. But things like elmental can't controle wheather you kind of can't do that at all I'm prety sure you can do things like draw energy from certain things like me with wind and water.

Well... That was an interesting story:). I know how you feel when you said that everyone thinks you are a freak... At least they didn't think your a demon or posessed by one. The abilities you have is pretty strong from what I can see, it's normal for a few people like the 6 friends I have in my group, (ha ha finally found friends:D) anyways 2 of them started like the way you acted and they still are way weaker then me but I can feel that they are pretty strong for a 13 year old psychic. I too am 13 so we're pretty much the same age:D. Well get through all these experiences and get stronger by it, you'll get stronger and you'll learn heaps from it all.

Negative energy... I'v always wanting it gone from my life since the begining I was born. You say that your house is filled with it, I advise you to get rid of it all. Prey to God and ask him for help, if he doesn't answer it is because he knows "knows" that you can do this by yourself, in other words you are stronger then you think. Don't ask a priest to come over because my parents tried that and it didn't work for me and that guy thought I was posessed by a demon -___-". Anyways Good Luck and stay positive.

Your experience is something you should learn from. My first ever trouble with my ability to see spirits helped me to be more braver, I know how you feel to be that scared. You must go through this all to get stronger, experiences with this may just be the starting of something even bigger so fight through all this and get ready for more. I sure am right now:).
I started out weak but from all the things that had happened to me, I am stronger then I ever was in my life. Learn and get stronger from these experiences, don't you dare let fear get in your way. I know perfectly how it feels to have no one around you to talk to, no one to understand what you are going through, but never let that get in your way, you are strong and remember that.:)

All I had to do is meditate and at the same time creat it. My ones were made from my spiritual energy from the night or what you all call darkness, I'm not evil or a demon. I have been called evil for a very long time so if you say I am it won't really bother me.
When I meditate I do this at night, I feel more stronger and its even more better at full moon, but when I finished my first ever ability as a medium (at night) I felt so much spirit energy inside me so I released it into black fireballs and from that a dragon had appeared and vowed to protect me at all costs. The dragon in my other story isn't the same, the one I drempt of is stronger then mine. I also created a wolf, snake and a pheonix or green fire bird.
