Unfortunately, what these people are saying seems to be true, it seems that this is a demon. Demons do feed on fear, and strive to overtake their prey and break them, so that worse things can happen (these things vary depending if you are religious and what religion you follow) I think that you may want to look into an exorcism, because if nothing gets done, it is likely to only get worse.

Well, we do not believe they are demons (Demons are impatient and love to cause chaos) but we do believe when you say they are dark spirits hiding in a corner. Easy to predict, they will launge at you when you are weakened by a sad event happening to you. Not showing fear is simply something that is MUCH more easily said than done, and we can understand this. So, try this. Get rid of them before they try to get to you. Because once they do, they will take a strong grip to you, and sometimes these things just are too strong... Get your house blessed, learn about the possibilities of the origins of these things and narrow them down, and don't forget to always, ALWAYS protect yourself and those near you before you do anything concerning them. Do NOT forget this part, ever.

Yes, for some of us it CAN become a natural thing, especially when we are drifting into or out of sleep. The reason for this is that when we dream, we are closer to the spirit world, and our Spirit Guards or other creatures can reach us more easily.

We are people as well, and what we do doesn't exactly make us these otherwordly pure creatures. We're just a little different than the general description for a person is, and that's just fine. Don't freak out, accept your abilities, enjoy them, and make the best of them that you can.

We completely understand your fear. Many of our houses are haunted, and the things in them enjoy the fact that they can mess things up and the blame and anger will be directed at us. Then, the emotion of being alone and powerless fills us, because... Lets face it, does it not feel like you are nothing against it?
We have also dealt with listening to demons and other demonic things mock us, bait us, and try to scare us. 100% of the time, they did not fail. Dealing with these things takes an inmense amount of power and control, and you'd think you'd get used to them after a life of it? No. You never can.
Trying to run away, hide from them, is not the way to go, unfortunately. Facing them...well, if this is your gift for life, you can either block it, or learn to tolerate it. Fear will always be with you, and there will always be times when you feel weak and broken, we cannot lie to you, sometimes these things WILL break you. But that does not make you a weak line, it will only teach you experience, as long as you take it that way, of course.

Demonic being, alike any other, is intriguing and interesting, and makes you curious about it. Remember what they say; Curiousity killed the cat. The reason your girlfriend's hand burned was simple. I don't believe it was a demon, no. A vision, maybe. These things are hard to deal with, as many psychics' visions are scary and confusing. I don't know if it was a poltergeist, and I don't believe so. Its hard to give in to your visions without being scared of what may happen, I totally understand that. When I first started to have visions, I was so scared that I wouldn't come back that I'd fight them and freak out, then wake up scared and confused. As I learned to accept them and joined Vendetta Siblings, I stayed calm during my visions (as calm as I could, anyway) and learned to ignore all the scary images and only take the knowledge. Sometimes I still wake up/snap out of them shaking or scared, but I am no longer confused by them.
