Prologue:
Psychic, as the term goes.
I always have been, though recently have ascended further, and new abilities have been emerging.
My philosophy is that all abilities are sourced from a single energy type, and that will and imagination decide how they manifest, as well as personality.
I also think that ascension has something to do with star light, as several faith and belief systems across the planet are built around predicting the emergence of new psychic populations with the cross of the zodiac (an interesting topic to research for the newly ascended).
It seems that I don't just have a single ability, but my ascension allows me to switch between different abilities why retaining each new one I discover.
Though, I think this may simply be due to my imagination type.
Chapter 1: Awakening
I'm not entirely sure what happens with other people, but with me the process was:
1) First there is a tingling along the hands and the top of the head.
2) Then the crown (top of the head) gets really sensitive to touch.
3) And then the energy pours in from every living source. The process clears out any illness or impurities, which is why alcohol and drugs is avoided by monks and priests that try to achieve this state.
The energy also covers the eyes, meaning that when the eyes tear up, the salt will conduct the energy and sting really harshly, like being shocked in the eye, except by your own tears.
4) After the initial period of being filled with the energy, a second state begins where the body draws in energy on the top of the head from the sun, the Earth, and other sources, and energy can also be drawn into the body from the hands and feet.
The eyes can also emit the energy and shift modes to see the energy network within people and in nature.
Thing that I've learned to do thus far:
1) Energy needles: this is emitting energy from the fingertips that are sharp like needles. This is used in medicine to do acupuncture without needing real needles. It can also be used as a weapon to damage people, but then again, so can normal hands.
With me it's on automatic, though I don't know if this is the case with everyone that can do.
2) Palm emission: the energy gathers very intensely from the palms, more so from my right hand.
3) Distant detection: I can detect energy signals in living things from a distance.
4) Healing ability: I point my hand at a person and heal them. Different illnesses require different focus, and people have to either accept the energy or be in a state where they can't reject it.
5) Atmospheric detection:
I can feel changes in the atmospheric qi energy. One encounter was when a flock of birds flew over me, I could feel the signature of every bird across my head. And when there were fireworks on the 4th last summer, I could feel every explosion go off in the atmosphere, even though I was far away, in my room, and inside of the dorm building.
Things that I can learn to do, that I'm studying now:
The Iron Skin technique: exactly what it sounds like, where the skin becomes as hard as iron. It's used in the martial arts.
And
The Iron Bone technique: the bones become as hard as iron rods. Again, I think this is a defense mechanism that people have just forgotten about.

Certain mystics and psychics can fly, levitate, and jump really high (I'm not talking about with the muscles though).
From a technical viewpoint, it's more like raising up through the ether than flying, as you're not depending on air currents.

And another theory I have is that some people are Higher Forms, or beings from a different realm that have entered a human body.

In the East we would be called "bodhisattvas," or re-incarnated beings, sent to the human plane to influence things.

Well, apparently there were angels with a red aura as well, but I think they must have been human-psychics born with red auras that changed sides, or that there are two different types of red aura - the latter makes things even more complicated.
Though I know a demon when I see one, thus I think the "Seraph angels" were psychics who started red but then decided not to stay red, or they worked on the purple/blue side and became purple.
This means that Indigo children that are born red may not necessary descend when they come into their abilities, but could go the other way.
My thoughts at least.

I also astral walk, but when I do it, it's either first-person or through the eyes of other people - which makes me think that psychics can enter the minds of other people when the psychic is asleep.

To some degree the divide is voluntary, but after a certain point the divide becomes evident in the nature of what the higher forms goals are, and these goals are usually diverse but generally fall within two different categories.

I think that Earth is not a singular type of planet, but there are other Earth-like planets elsewhere. When the Red wins a planet, the planet dies and descends completely. When Blue/Purple/White wins a planet, the planet ascends completely.
And considering that Red always destroys life unnaturally, I think that siding with the Purple side is necessary for survival.
What I think maintaining balance means is that each side plays within the rules of the game, not necessarily allowing Red to win points and overcome a world.

Actually, my ascension has depleted my negative emotions, leaving me with only positive states and states of tranquility - unless I purposely force myself to descend.
I don't know if others ascend to this state, but this and other traits in my life seem to be correlating with some larger event (synchronicity).
