Sorry to disagree with science but I know this is something totally different than the clear worms or something, my eyesight is okay too. How strange...

the clear snakes and spots you see are called floaters. Google "eye floaters" to find out more.

A lot of people have them. It's because the gel in your eye is not perfect and has some spots where it is stickier, or not as thick as it should be

You can see an eye doctor if you want to reassure yourself that your eyes are okay. Some doctors, but not many, do an operation to get rid of these, but they are hard to find

The color vortex I see is a white, like it is brighter than any light or anything I have ever seen, this vortex of white has certain patterns and movement to it, sometimes the patterns change into shapes or outlines to it.
Anybody else experience this?

I have recently developed dark specks ever scince I started trying to meditate and develop seeing auras. I can see some kind of film around people but no colour. I have only meditated 2-3 times and I want to develop my psychic ability. I hope their is nothing wrong with my eyes!

To 8Shya8:

I've considered that I could be losing my eyesight as well...

A vortex is not the only thing that see

I see clear worms and dark specks when I am looking at a light color or closing my eyes. Whenever I move my eyeballs, they move about a second after. I've thought that they were on my eyeball...

Maybe it is just something in my eye! But... That dark speck was always there.

I'm so happy that there are others that also see a vortex.

The color vortex that my sister sees is Blue - which I think is something important to note.

Why do we see different color vortexes?
This is very perplexing...

Try to go through it... Or maybe think of a place and then go through it. What if it is some kind of a teleport[?]

This is strange, when I try to go to sleep it feels like I first astral project then I slam back to my body like someone pushes me back forcefully, then I awaken with a jolt. Anyone else know who or what might cause this? I also see vortexes when I look t any kind or light, isn't that weird?

I was wondering about mind-play like ^that a lot while at work. We had 10min between loading on this one flight, so I sat in the pit of the airplain wondering as I usualy do lol. Eventualy I saw a vortex like thing, seamed kind of like poofy yet fuzzy dark and light clouds making the vortex. It stayed centered in my eyes, like an untouched eyebooger would lol. It was pritty cool, I only saw it 2 times after that. I'm used to the whole satic tv screan thing, but I doubt regular people see either of those. Concidered the thought that I may be loosing my eyesight or something until I saw your post ^.^

that happens to me too. I can never figure out why it's there. Except I see three of them each day. One time at jr high we were walking the track and one showed up in the sky. My bro knows bout this too and he thinks it leads to another world. I doubt it because I see it on medal usually.

How To Have An OBE

An out of body experience can occur spontaneously or intentionally. The famous scientist and out of body explorer, Robert Monroe, developed a set of OBE induction methods when he stumbled upon the OBE phenomenon in the 1950s. The most famous is known as the Mind Awake, Body Asleep technique. Now, anyone can learn how to have an OBE and astral travel to explore alternate dimensions and the nature of consciousness.
Step 1: Relaxation

To train how to astral project, find a dark, quiet room and ensure there are no distractions or time constraints. Lie down, with the arms and legs outstretched, palms facing up and head relaxed. With the eyes closed, focus on taking long, slow breaths.

Working from the toes upward, systematically tense and relax every muscle group of the body, finishing with the face. Imagine each body part disappearing into formlessness once it is relaxed. Try not to move. This can take 5-15 minutes to achieve effectively. Learn more easy meditation techniques.
Step 2: Visualization

It is natural for random thoughts and day dreams to interrupt this meditative state. When this happens, gently sweep them away and return the focus to slow breathing. Visualize sitting in a car and moving toward the horizon. Focus on the scenery while travelling along an unbroken white line in the middle of the road. Imagine the body is physically moving, drifting toward somewhere far in the distance. Keep the body entirely still and relaxed.

There are many other visualizations to try: anything that involves floating, sinking, or falling (eg out of a plane, through the bed) will allow the awareness to drift out of body. Move all focus away from the physical body as it lies still on the bed and quash any unwanted thoughts or inner dialogue. The aim is to fall asleep consciously; hence the term: Mind Awake, Body Asleep.
Step 3: Vibrational State

When the brain descends into a deep enough meditation, the vibrational state will begin. Try to remain calm, as this can be overwhelming or exciting at first. This is the window of opportunity to move out of body, either by rolling or sinking out - or by simply visualizing another place (the living room, or the roof). Do not look back at the physical body or the out of body experience may quickly end.

The vibrational state can sound also like buzzing or white noise, and is often accompanied by complete paralysis but only lasts for a matter of seconds. It will disappear on separation of the physical and astral body. Once out of body, astral travel is achieved through the power of the mind, to any location imaginable.

Scientists continue to debate whether out of body experiences and astral projection take place in reality, an internal dreamworld using lucid dreaming, or some other ethereal dimension. Only further OBE experiments will reveal the true nature of this other-worldly phemonenon.

When I first started astral travel to other dimensions and also some elemental wind work, I tended to see a vortex. Mine looked rather stormy and swirled like a controlled tornado atop my head. I don't know if its the same thing, since I've heard some people in the past explain tunnels or 'gateways' appearing to bestow some energy for spiritual pratice on people while undergoing deep meditation.
