Im Elizabeth and I'm Hen Rai. I'm part of a team of gifted volunteers who have given up their time to help both children and adults to become all they can be. I have over 40 years in healthcare and even though I have and practice in metaphysical areas I all ways advise to get checked out before doing any metaphysical work just like a gym trainer would before starting any exercise program.
