Are Powers Genetic?

Are powers genetic? Because even though my mom won't talk about it I know that she and my aunt can see ghost, my grandmother can do a lot of things as well.

The only time that I can think of something being strange in my life, (other than the things I will describe later) is when I was 7-8 and I had this best friend named clementine. I remember every detail about her, and one day recently I asked my mom about her and she said that she never existed.

My family originated from the Philippines and I know that that might have something to do with the fact that my family can do things.

I have never been put in a position where I would have been able to see if I had powers, but before something bad happens I always have a dream of someone I love getting murdered and i'm strangely drawn to fire. I don't know why, but ever since I was really little I've loved fire, it's like the way it waves and everything sucks me into it.

I also know someone's name before they tell me. I may be overreacting, or just plain crazy, but I think it's something. I've tried reading up

On things like this, but it hasn't gotten me anywhere.

I also can feel other people's emotions radiating off of them like a wave.

I've tried talking to people about this, but they all think i'm crazy and quite frankly I don't want to end up in an asylum. I've read up about chaos magick and spirits and everything and honestly that's not my cup of tea. I want to know what's going on.

And when I look into the mirror for a long amount of time I have a strange out of body experience, like i'm looking at myself from a different persons point of view.

Any thoughts?
