Energy Inside Me?

Let me tell you about myself before saying what I need more info on.

I'm 17 and first started dabbling (shame on me) in the occult when I was about 13. But it never made me be frightened of it. I also am a Native American, Cherokee. Like my great grandma or grandma on father's side is either half or quarter Cherokee. But recently I went to a cemetery ghost hunting group. The leader of it called it off and he was shaking like you've never seen. Yet I wasn't afraid. Actually, as people were running back to the car, with my own camera I just sort of jogged taking pictures. I also take a martial art class, aikido.

I have this energy thing within myself that is my problem. It feels to me that I can take my energy from my gut or center of my body. And move it to a more usable part like my hands or arms. Now I don't know if this is a physic ability or if it is some weird thing that I found in myself, but if it is some physic or telekinetic thing that someone understands, can they help me either extend or enhance it? I am only able to move within body limits and I can't make it go out of my body.

So any help would be appreciated.

I get the same feeling too. If anyone wants to help me please comment. I really need help with this and just discovered this a year or two ago and I am 13.

Guys everybody can do this, but some people are just "at sleep" working or doing other things that keeps them from looking inside them. Everybody has energy inside them, that's why we are able to run, walk, punch!...if you think food gives you energy, you are wrong, it only gives you the nutrients the body needs so it won't die out. Also when we die, we just don't die, we transform or transfer somewhere else. Its science, NO ENERGY CAN BE DESTROYED OR CREATED... IT CAN ONLY BE TRANSFORMED OR TRNSFER INTO SOMETHING ELSE, its the same with us, we are energy inside us, or if you want to be religious, we have a soul (religiously speaking) or energy (sciencetifically speaking) inside of our body... Also we can contrlo this energy inside of us, we can do things you can't even imagine, its just a matter of practice and PACIENTS, and its easier to use this energy using love as your must powerful will.

Hi I posted a similar story. I have recently been able to sit and relax and see things with my eyes closed, faces, people, symbols. That has gotten weaker since I first discovered it. Not long ago I found I could call up energy in me and move it around. Mostly in my body but I can feel it to a lesser extent in my knees and ankles. A little in my hands and throat if I try. If I focus on raising the intensity higher my eyes blur out sort of like was mentioned in one of the other posts. If you go to my story "Feeling Energy Inside Me" and look at the posts, there are some suggestions of sites to go. I haven't researched them much yet. I think I am part Indian also, but not sure. Maybe Cherokee.

hi my name is ron and I am a 21 yearl old male I am part indian but I don't kno what kind but I to have this energy but its different. I can controll is and make it surround my body. Sometimes when I listen to music it grows stronger and I to can sentd it to my eyes and they grow blurry but I can do it for long periods of time until I lose concerntration but other then that I haveent found a way to do anything else

I don't really know if it has anything to do with being Cherokee, but I also have a little Cherokee blood in me, and I know exactly what you are talking about. I'm 20 years old and for about 4 or 5 years now I've felt the same controlled energy that you are explaining. I haven't really done much to it or attempt to "sharpen" it I guess you could say, but I have noticed a few things about it. One, it takes a good deal of focus to build the energy. Secondly, I can move it to all parts of my body, but only within my body, not outside. Lastly, now I don't really now if this is my imagination or maybe I'm involuntarily doing it, but it seems that when I send this energy to my eyes, they tend to blur, then rapidly sharpen, but only for a fraction of a second. If you guys ever find out anything else about what this phenomenon really is, please let me know, thank you.

I don't know about that but I'm 13 and part Cherokee myself and I made it rain. I wish I could help but I'm new to this still.

By any chance do you get chill bumps when you move it through your body? I can force a decent amount of energy into either of my arms and occasionally both but all I get are chill bumps. I can't force it out and it just lingers for a second. I can move it around but it seems useless. I have been wondering about this for a long while so if you find any answers and mine is the same then let me know something please.

i can do exactly what you do I can manipulate this energy to do many things like telekinesis, short and weak energy blasts (heat blasts), and call forward great feats of strength. I have been practicing for nearly 3 years now and I have found if you think of the thing you are trying to do and think of the energy in your body moving to do it it will most likely happen with enough focus

But beware on how you use your gift for in the wrong hands and if abused it can become deadly to the user as well as others

Cherokee's have a wide range of rituals that contain usuage of energy, ask an uncle or another cherokee relative if your a descendant of a mage native, if so then energy control will be natural to you, but beware, if your abuse it or use it in the open people will be scared, hide emotion to hide the energy, for more help email me at flow.of.life [at] hotmail.com, great story, I feel energy in my hands and can minorly control it to a degree of only making it felt not stable tho, 😁

Sorry - not a lot of help here. I've been told that I'm part Cherokee, but my hands are just my hands. I've always touched stuff and piano and typing were too easy. I've watched a few ghost hunting shows (on TV) and wondered why they weren't at cemetaries. That seems a duh to me. I do remember when my hands broke out in poison ivy or whatever, complaining to the hub that I had to use my hands. That's how I felt stuff.

The center energy is one of your primary chakras and yes, you can move the energy around.

I'm not sure why you say 'shame on me' for exploring things rather unknown in nature. If we never explored life or broke through self-inflicted barriers, we'd not learn anything and life would be boring indeed.
