Hey everyone.
I recently started reading about oobe's, astral projection, remote viewing etc. My story is a little different to those phenomena, but I think connected in some way.
I was doing some casual "meditating" in my room one night and I started to really get into my own thoughts. But unluckily my cell phone rang and I was jerked back to reality. It was my ex-girlfriend, we chatted for a good few minutes then she told me how creepy the kitchen in the house she was sleeping in that night was, while she continued talking I drifted off into my imagination and tried to visualize the area she was in. I got a sinking feeling in my head just as I did while meditating. I pictured a very high class room, which made me LAUGH to myself because I felt it was so unlikely. Then all of a sudden she asks me "Did you just laugh? I just heard someone laugh!" I snapped back to reality, feeling kind off confused and not immediately remembering what happened. I asked her what it sounded like and then after about a minute of conversation I remembered what had happened in my head and connected the dots.
Opinions?
Lately I've been coming into contact with more and more people who are experiencing spiritual/psychic things, two of my friends are able to bend spoons with their minds.

And the ability of your two friends to bend spoons with the mind is most likely telekinesis.
Telepathy is cool but in part it can also be invasive so it becomes a privacy issue - once again its all down to teleological ethics.
