you shouldn't try to oturn it off instead try to control it before it controls you. I know I am trying and I'm glad I am because it helps you understand who you really are and how to use it. But if you truly want it gone just keep telling yourself, "It doesn't exist". Which is not true but it's your choice.

i don't think you guys should be looking to 'switch it off' it really can be used for a higher purpose and good - once you are IN control of it, you just need to understand how it all works - read lots and find a great teacher of a development circle - you will learn a lot from a great teacher including how to ask for them to only contact you at agreed periods etc... Ask your guide to step forward and help you to control them and your gift - it IS a gift (yes everyone has the ability but few are aware, however not everyone can be a medium) - you can help open so many peoples minds up to what is out there by one sitting/reading and for some it is life changing:) as far as I am aware and am learning myself (im 28 and only been given my gift of both psychic and medium, in the past 6mths), many in your age range are 'awakening' at speed -this is for a purpose, please try and embrace it -no matter how uncomfortable in the beginning - you will learn how to control it:) xxx

Caveman0419: I will help you understand this. The story is mostly a psychic life story and you need to read more slower to understand it. And being psychic is not a fun thing it just depends on how you think of it. And you are almost right if you want to become psychic it is almost hard to do, please do not make it sound easy there is more two it then just research it just sort of happens I think people need to realize that and not try to force it to them.

honestly, not to be rude, but it sounds like your taking it all to extremes. Your "coincediences" sound more like nothing that your trying to make into one. Being psychic isn't all its cracked up to be, not always fun either. And its not a gift, anyone can do it. Just do your research and develop the skills, and write about that. Because, I'm sorry but, your story is pointless and makes no sense.

XtjrX: oh ok. And yeah I noticed today, no weird coincidences have really happened to day. Alright me and my friend today gotten our food and we got another fortune cookie. Even though she gets all the time. Now hers said, being picked out of random, it said something like about the abilities or talents that will get buddiness. But today we actually talked to someone about it. She said its not weird and they are true sometimes. This person is psychic. Ok about the cross falling off. I don't know if this sounds weird but everytime I am around people, they get coincidences. Like I was in the car with my brothers friend. She said she saw this car somewhere else in my city. But at that time we were in a whole different city. It also started with me too at first. I started to see that same people in the same cars when I would be in the car going places. It happened to me about 8 times I think. It started off with this grey truck. I got really scared because I thought he was falling me. I seen that truck three days in a row. Then, I noticed these others cars where around me. Was that supposed to mean something? And I'm talking about all these coincidences. Another was with the radio. I hear songs in my head, then they would play on the radio. There was this time I was getting out the store, I was leaving in the car, me and my mom, I left it on this song, and the radio shows the title of the song, but sometimes its doesn't always fit the whole title. The song was called something that had jesus in it. It was a rock song. I left in on that station. We passed by this house that had a statue of jesus and mother mary. I pointed at it and told my mom. Then after that she looked straight at the radio and it just had that name jesus. I was like wow. A day later or two, I was getting dropped off to school. I was listening to the radio. I heard this song in my head, it only said the part "mother". Its a song by Danzig called mother. Right after I heard it in my head it was when I was going change it to that station, right when I put it on it, he had said mother. Could that mean something of mother mary? And the other one jesus?

Create_inspire_me: yeah, I didn't know that. I really don't know much about this stuff. Ok about the cross maybe it just did or I don't know. I think I really need to learn more about this stuff, like what I am because there's all kinds of thing I can do.

Disturbia654: yeah. What I have been told to do about it is meditate and talk to your spirit guides and ask them to help you to turn off the switch. Even ask jesus, mother mary, god, angels. Find a book on this stuff they have a lot of things too. For me I do the same. But not a lot even though I try to really. I get really distracted a lot by people and ghosts/spirits. So yeah you can try those things =]

I think your first paragraph is more psychic than the coinciding events of the fortune cookie and chrurch doors closed, but I'll give my 2 cents on those as well.

The sensing of entities or events is "intuition", feeling or reading emotions outside of your own is "empathy". Seeing entities is "clairvoyence", hearing is "clairaudiencee" as some examples.

To the latter examples; fortune cookies are fun, I always look forward to mine. I look at life as if everything is in "quotations" just for me, because it is (for everyone). There aren't any accidents. But fortune cookies are purposefully vague, so that's not something I'd hang my hat on.

The church doors/cross falling: That's an interesting coincidence-beyond the normal paramaters of chance I'd say. Seems to me the message in that fortune cookie was "no church today". Those are the fortune cookie messages in real life to look for-much more compelling when you can string a series of them together ("synchronicities").

I hope this helps some. It's good to have a friend that can relate; if your struggling with your experiences that's a good indicator that it's reall happens. I'm sure you will find a larger sence of community here as well.

I'm certainly not refuting your giftedness, but in the future I'd say provide more specifics if you really want others to accept your psychicness. I hope this helps. X

im having the same problem.ive been trying to figure out how to control my abilities for 6 months and I havnt found a single thing that tells me how to...its really frustrating
