Clairkinesis

I get that tingling feeling to!, I be walking or sitting, doing something and I just get this rush of tingles that I prefer to call shiveres even though I'm not cold or anything, all over my body and when it happens it literally stops me in my tracks and makes me gasp and my head just kind of looks up in the air and in one second it over.

Oh my gosh I not crazy! I feel tingling all over by body all the time. Sometimes it scares me because I think I'm having a stroke! What happens is I feel someone stroking my face, touching the back of me neck, tingling on one side of my body and then moves to the other, also my head tingles and it feels like someone is playing on the top of my head (its annoying). I'm just one big vessel of tingles all the time. It does happen when I'm speaking about something important and one time when I just donated clothes to the LUPUS foundation, so it does seem that when I do somethng good or talk about something positive I feel it the most. This is great, I'm finding more about myself since I visted this site! Thank You.

Concerning the rarity in seeing energy disturbances and feeling your clairkinesis fire off...

You may actually be feeling prompts from your spirit guide, instead of feeling the presence of an entity. Please read my comment to Starlight22 about how to distinguish between the two.

As for the pressure and the heat...

That sounds empathic. Think back on what was happening at the time. Was the teacher being interrupted by another student (hence your comment "I was trying to talk to a teacher"), and as a result, were you picking up his/her frustration in that student? Or were you feeling frustrated? In that case, it might have been your own emotional reaction that you were feeling. I would do further research into empathic abilities to see if any of it relates to you.

What you might try doing is take into account what you were thinking at the time when you felt the tingling, and where you felt the tingling (i.e. Top of your head, side, back, face, etc). As you do this you might start noticing that the tingling comes as a sort of confirmation when you've made a good decision, shown a kindness, or been successful in overcoming something you are working on. In these instances I personally take this as a "at a girl" from my spirit guide (or angel).

I've also felt the tingling when watching a show about something important. For instance, I was watching a documentary on Adolf Hitler the other night that was considering the possibility he didn't commit suicide, but instead escaped. I got the tingling feeling as I said out loud, "I wonder if he really did escape?". In that instance I knew the tingling was a confirmation from my spirit guide that he did, indeed, escape.

I also feel a tingling from time to time when I'm discussing something with someone. The tingling comes as a kind of barometer as to whether what I'm hearing is true or right, etc.

Taking into account where the tingling occurs (top of head, face, back of head, etc.), along with how intense it is (slight gentle tingling, or very strong and over entire head and shoulders), can be an indication as to whether it is your spirit guide giving you direction, or you are feeling a spiritual presence, and he/she is trying to channel through you.

Thanks Alicia. That's so funny that you mentioned energy disturbances, because that's exactly what my friends and I call them. We almost overuse the word. I have seen a few of those, and that's what makes me question my clairkinesis, because I rarely see them when I am experiencing the tingling.

Today, I experienced pressure and heat. I was trying to talk to a teacher. Could it have been something like her emotions that made the heat? Psychic stuff is so interesting. It shows that emotions, thoughts and everything really are connected with the physical world.

Wow! I didn't know there was a name for all of this! I experience that and more and have been having trouble researching it figuring out what it is. I'm definitely going to look into that some more and report back here later! Thanks!

i get that to I can be in my room and around 12 I will start sensing a strong energy and see heat wave type things in the direction the energy is coming from. Some of my freinds can do this too. Sensing energy I heard is a good ability. I don't knwo how to control it thought.

Wow, I am delighted to read that others have experienced something similar to what I've been experiencing.

SnowAngel2: I've felt the sensation move, too. So it is very possible that you are experiencing "Clairkinesis".

Corina and Mysticn: To develop this ability further I've tried to pay attention to what is happening when it occurs. For instance, I have gotten a gentle tingling on the side of my head when I've done something kind, or made a decision to not get angry over something. To me that is a signal from my guide that I'm on the right track. I've also had a strong feeling that encompasses my entire head and shoulders when I enter a room, or when I'm talking with a someone. This tells me that an entity walked up to me, or there is an entity in the room.

Last year I went to Old Auburn and as soon as I crossed into town, I felt something come up next to me. Then, every time my cousin, who had been diagnosed with cancer, came up to me in a store (we went window shopping with her to cheer her up), I felt a strong tingling sensation. I finally came to the conclusion it was her husband, who had died of cancer years before, or her mother that had passed just a year ago.

Rilan: I, too, want to be able to see who and what I'm dealing with. However, I'm discovering that I do see something, even though it is not a full bodied apparition. For me it is a wavy kind of energy disturbance in the air in front of me. It kind of looks like a cross between heat waves coming up off the pavement in the middle of summer, and what the alien looked like in the movie "Predator" when he had his special "invisibility" suit on. I've actually picked up people's departed pets this way, and have gotten EVP recordings clarifying that something is standing in front of me. So if you see something like this, work on trying to develop it.

wow I didn't know there was something like that, first time hearing about it. It makes me wonder if I have something like that... Like two days ago I was sitting in front of a computer doing my homework surrounded by other people doing their own things. I felt this weird tingling feeling all over my body. Then for some odd reason half of my body would feel the tingling sensation and then the other half would feel it. It was like someone walk around me to the other side and it would do it a couple of times. Maybe I'm just being delusional. I don't know.

I didn't know the exact name for this, but this is what I have felt my whole life. Its not until a few months ago that I finally just came to the conclusion that I'm a spirtit magnet! I feel this around me constantly. And I have embraced it fully. What I would like to do is learn how I can make this feeling stronger than it is. I feel what other people feel also. I know when someone around me isn't feeling well by a certain head ache that comes on everytime! That is very interesting! In all my research, I have never heard of Clairkinesis. I do feel stuff like that sometimes. My psychic experiences are more vague and questionable than a lot of peoples', and I have always wanted to develop them. I sometimes feel tingling for no reason. If that was spirits, I would be really happy beacuse then I would know when they were near.

Sometimes I wonder if it might be a spirit or something, but I don't usually see anything supernatural, or feel in a magical mood when it happens. There have been times where I really have thought it was a spirit. Once, after having an experience at night when two beings came to me when I was half-conscious and said in my head that they were my guardians, I was looking all over for them the next day and felt something cold and pressurized grasp my hand.

My friend, S, has a dead friend named M who follows her. I could never see or feel M, though sometimes I thought I might have seen something, but it could have been my imagination. S moved away and I wanted M to visit me. But, since I never could sense M, I was very worried because I was almost sure I wouldn't be able to communicate with him or even know where he was without S there.

But, without even thinking about him, I started feeling tingles. It was after M had left to come to my house, S said. At night, I asked M if he was there and I felt amazingly strong really cold tingles on my tummy that felt like liquid or like a hand. The next day, I felt lighter tingles almost every moment. I can't explain that, unless he really was poking me that much. S says that's exactly what he feels like.

Sometimes I get really strong and unique tingles at random times. I hope I have Clairkinesis.

actually, I had never heard of clairkinesis. Thank you for defining it for us as well.

I have met my guides, and seen angels and guides in other dimensions, but never realized that there was a word such as "clairkinesis" to describe it.

I've met one guide who came to me as a big ball of bright light, to the point that it was almost difficult to even look at.

The 2nd one, appeared to me as a monk. He had a bright light all about him.

Another guide appeared to me when I undertook a shamanic journey under the direction of a shaman. It was an animal guide, and quite an unbelievable experience.

And yet, another one, occurred as I was 'traveling' to the upper world, into the akashic records. There were other encounters as well with angels, guides and such.

I cannot tell you how to control these experiences though, and hope that if you can find out how to, you'll share it here with us! I can recall each time feeling extremely relaxed and happy with each and every encounter mentioned here. An indiscribable feeling of calm and relaxation. More so then what you feel when meditating. It's not easy to explain here. But, perhaps you understand what I mean.
