I remember seeing "shadow" people in my dreams. The first one I seen in a dream was basically me hiding in the garage against the back wall. As I looked out through the windows of our garage door, two large figures were looking inside.
What really stood out was that they had spikey-type hair and there was light flashing behind them.
They had a very overwhelming feel to them as well; of course I was very little at that time so I was scared to say the least.
I had similar dreams and usually the shadow beings looked pretty much the same... Humanoid shape but usually stocky and broad shouldered with spikey hair that stood on end. Rapid flashes of light often accompanied them when they appeared as well.
However there were a couple of incidences when there was no flashing light when one appeared for example a few years ago I dreamt that I was inside my house watching them mill around, some were playing with children while others pretended to be other peoples shadows.
On another occasion a shadow was outside my window but instead of appearing as they usually did, this one appeared as a more neutral looking silhouette, similar to the icon you see on those "Don't Walk" signs. I can only assume it was trying to visit without appearing scary. It even had a smiley face but without the yellow color. It then ran off a ways then waved before running away.
I suspect that there are different types of entities and these may not even have been shadow people but ended up looking like that because of perception issues or because of barrier issues either psychological or dimensional in nature. Now that I think of it... They never tried to harm me, it was my own fear I felt because of their rather unusual energy field they produced.
I know many here have seen shadow people but has anyone ever encountered something like this?
