I don't really know what to say. I need help. I have looked everywhere, and no one seems to be experiencing the same feeling I do. I have looked up many medical problems and none explain what I am feeling. I do not know if this qualifies as psychic activity, and that is why I am here to ask a psychic if they could help me figure this out.

I am eighteen years old. First of all, ever since I was little I have had dreams of things that would come true later. I thought that it was normal for people to experience this, but there have been times when I told my friends I had dreamt of an event that happened and they looked at me like I was crazy. I have always had this feeling that I was different. I don't exactly know how, but I do. That isn't the feeling I am talking about, though.

About two years ago, I was in a movie theatre. A scary scene came on and I did this thing. It felt like I was hopping out of my skin, but it wasn't like astral projection, which is what my mom thinks it is. It makes me really hot. I will start to sweat when it happens. I can make it come on my own. I just have to focus, and it feels like I am sending vibes off of my skin. I get tingly when it happens, too. Any time I get scared this happens. It is not an adrenaline rush, I know what that feels like.

Sometimes I will touch my boyfriend's hand, and I get the same tingles, only smaller. This doesn't happen every time I touch him, though. As far as I can tell, he can't feel it when it happens. I have tried to explain to him what it is, but he just doesn't get it.

Does anyone know what this is? Does this happen to anyone else? Is it a psychic thing? I'm so confused.

I have the same body twitch and feeling and after it runs up my body I will feel the sensation for a lil while after. I always just thought it was a chill that I got. But it could be a psychic ability. I have also had visions per say and have other uncontrollable abilities.

woa... This put me in tears, because I am halfway across the world and know exactly the same feeling you 'bring on'. I know how to control it, sometimes. And the same deal with my boyfriend, its like hes completly unconscious of that feeling! It seems physical to me, but I guess he can't sense it. It's true, it could be a psychic thing because most of my dreams I recall, come true sooner or later... This is very new to me, but I have been handling it well, and I think you can too 😁 wish you luck

holy cow. Wow, I know EXACTlY what you are talking about, its happened a couple times during a scary movie but I find if I really concentrate I feel warm and tingly and like my skin is jumping away from my body and almost if little tiny needles are all over my skin, not painfully but in a strange way. I am also 18 years old. Strange, but I don't really know what to do about it, I have always known I was different from a lot of people. Always. Not like a superhero but just not average. I also am often visited and only have had one vision that has come true. Don't be sacared would be my advice, embrace your uniqueness and try to harness whatever psychic would call this ability.:) best of luck.:)

I Get That If I Am Doing The Dishes, The Freezing Water Makes Me Numb And It Feels Like I Could Leave My Body And I Get Really Tingly, I Can Make It Happen To If I Focus And Concentrate... Hope It Helps!

My feeling is a little different than that. My body doesn't really move. Sometimes it will twitch a little. It can last as long as I want it to. If I do it for a while I'll get really tired and usually need to take a nap...

Hello, I think I may have something like you, but randomly if something gets to me emotionally like if its funny, sad, scary etc. I will randomly have this weird twitch and my whole body will shake and it will go up it only lasts a second though and my arms fling over my chest I guess for safety, and I also have slight visions that come true.
