Just last night I was praying to my guardian angel (who is also my spirit guide) asking him/her to keep me safe if I astral project that night. Well, I was almost asleep when my body began to tingle and I kept seeing this light and I walked closer to it but the closer I got the lighter I felt. The light was gold and white at the same time and it was beautiful. Even though it was beautiful I was wary of it.
I got scared so I walked away from the light and opened my eyes to find I couldn't move and something clear kept hovering in and out of me. I freaked out and closed my eyes again and I could finally move.
A little later I began to relax again and I saw that light and I couldn't move. I walked towards the light again but I didn't want to get close because I thought it was the light you see when you die. I walked away from the light but it spread out further and closer to me and I moved further away again. The further I got I began to feel my limbs again so I opened my eyes and moved a little, but it was difficult.
All night that kept happening to me. I could barely sleep so I'm extremely tired as I write this. I really want to astral travel but I'm scared my silver cord (string that connects our physical body to our astral body) will get severed or a demon will try to possess me. Is that even possible? I was also wondering if you can go to your friend's house and help her get her astral self out so we can be together but not actually together. Can everyone see your astral self? It would be a little weird if someone could see you flying around.
Was the clear thing hovering in and out of me my astral self? What was the bright light? Was I about to astral project?
