Hey shadowrider, ladyhawk is not offending you or something. When you say why you have these abilities, it means you are blessed by greater spiritual gifts which normal people don't have. So you can't call them a curse or anything like that. Sometimes I think that I don't need these abilities because they are not strong enough, when I think more deeply about it I can see that my abilities are not developed yet so I am going to work more on it. I am more or less a fan of ladyhawk because she is really wise and helps alot. I understand what you are thinking, when you tell people about your abilities they make fun of you. Now that you are telling other psychics about your experiences and they say something about them, you kind of feel that they are offending you. In fact its just your imagination.

It is possible that the movie writer 'stole' that phrase from a lot of us older than he/she is.Hahahaha...The hardest teaching is how to read others and feel the silvergold thread of truth running through everything. She said it because it's true. It is like a muscle. I am 13 and have abilities too trust me what you have most likely happens to heaps of other people your not the only one and many different things happen to many different people because everyone has a purpose.

Seth, of course its possible. Its also like using a muscle. The more its used the stronger it gets. I was originally from Calif. I remember lots of new age/psychic bookstores and groups. There will be stuff like that out there now which could help you with practice or technique. Be advised that not every psychic class will be with your best interest in mind, many take advantage of new learners and make a good deal of money from them. I'm sure there are free gatherings or minimal cost groups. Edgar Caycee and Robert Monroe are no longer with us, but thier work is still as true as it was a long time ago. Google them and start with basics. Heres something that I should tell you as well. The spiritual world can be very exciting and enlightening to a pure heart. Perhaps people are more willing now to accept the commonness of experiences that folks here subscribe to. When I was realizing something different about me the world I lived in thought it more a charactor flaw than a helpful insight. Friends became afraid, and my relationships would suffer every time I saw something, felt something, or tried to live as one who could know. The word eccentric comes to mind. I have over the years withdrawn to a name and have more company with animals than people. I'm not saying this is how it will be with you, I'm just saying be aware of how what you know is presented. guys I think I have realized something. As I got older I became more psychic is that normal or what. I am also begining to see the future with my thoughts is that possible. If you know anything please tell me.

I have been dreaming about other places,times,families (that I don't know here) and experiences all my life. Apparently I am a very old soul. (meaning if I can't get it right the first time...lol) My children do these things too. My father was a natural astral projector, and didn't know until much later in life what that was. I have his ability but with a heavy work schedule find it too energy consuming to pursue at this time. I am empathic which has allowed me to be an animal whisperer, so I train horses, and am constantly surrounded by animals... They seem to come find me. I also train children and adults to communicate better with horses and animals in general, to strengthen the bonds of the natural world. My mother gave this gift to me. My grandmother was clairvoyant whos talent was reading tarot and seeing the future, she was a famous poet and writer from the second world war. I also read tarot but don't need the cards any more. I am a well rounded clairvoyant with abilities that touch many places. I had a lot of centering from the study of martial arts and music. When I had more time and energy I studied many religions,sciences,and sacred writings to help me find my way. There are names for all of this, but I don't study the technicals anymore I simply live them. Now that you know me a little, let's talk about you. Before I go to the gifts I want to let you know I'm concerned about the headaches. There is a form of migraine which doesn't have pain but distorts light and puts auras around what we look at. If you wouldn't mind see if migraines are in your family as a precaution. I often sense a person has medical issues along with psy ability. Its because of the energy required and how it taxes each person differently. I am sensing pressure in your head. The talk about meditation is common but it helps quiet the mind, that helps to let the inner mind think freely, listen better... Less distraction. I recommend black tea with honey and peppermint before you do, it will help you focus. You are yet young and enthusiastic to help,...thank you... There is much to do. If you can write down your dreams in a journal it will help your subconscious to organize better and help you make sense of what you see. Your training is all about focus and direction... If the dance like movements would not bother you Tai Chi would be an excellent art for you to pursue. Balance will be the hardest yet most helpful skill for you to allow your abilities to grow naturally. I often say it is important to contact your higher power in the morning when you rise and before you go to sleep to invoke protection and teach you understanding. The psychic world is an opening of your inner being. Though wonderful to assist in helping from the spiritual side, it also has rules and boundries to keep us safe while we are being open to it. I have telekinesis, empathy, premonitions and can see the past, lucid dreaming and astral projection control, and some other stuff, look at my page, doesn't have all my abilities but some!

Anyways, for the auras, simply meditate daily (like the first 10 minutes after you wake up) to make it a lot clearer and less of a pain. It's part of the natural subconscious mind; let it do it's work. If anything, auras are a talent that simply need to be honed.

Next, if you feel bad spirits, cleanse your room. Either burn sage, incense, or throw salt in your room to purify it. Also, cleanse yourself -- mentally and physically.

And for the knowing whether something is good or bad, again, meditate. And write down everything -- it's such a help for knowing what you see is going to happen.
