Seeing Auras And Lucid Dreaming And An Empath

So yesterday I was practicing looking at my aura by putting my hand over a white sheet of paper and concentrating. I saw a shimmery green color. I did it again this morning, but this time I saw a blue. But it looked almost like an indigo color, and I couldn't see it as well. But in some places I see a little green. I had my lights on last night, but not this time, could that be a cause? Does your aura color change? And also, I've been trying to see the aura on a nonwhite background, but I'm having trouble seeing it. Why is that? Or am I concentrating too much? Do you have any tips?

I believe that I am a lucid dreamer. I've always been able to somewhat control my dreams. It's kind of like I can make up the story line, but then it kind of takes over. But I'm still able to make my own choices if it's from my point of view. Is this considered lucid dreaming? Can you explain what lucid dreaming is? I find in really interesting how I can control my dreams.

I've been reading a lot about empaths, what they are and what they do. What they are is what I am. I can feel the feelings of people around me, but it's a really weak connection. How can I make the connection stronger? Or what can I do to become stronger?

I just really want to know how to see the auras on a nonwhite background and why I saw two different colors on me? What do the colors mean? And what lucid dreaming really is. I'm not scared or anything about any of this, I just don't really know what I'm doing and I'm a little confused.

By the way I'm 15. I live with a family that wouldn't believe me if I told them I could do this. So I don't really have anyone I can go to, except you great people!

Seeing auras is simple if you can alteady see them on a certain backround. I stopped trying to see auras because it had kept me from concebtrating on school and other things. All you have to do is open your mind. Not expecting something a certain thing. Do what you have always done, it will come so easily. Have fun and good luck.

Nice to see someone my age!
Anywho-
I personally believe that almost all human beings have a connection with others which you could call "empathic". However, it depends what degree it is. Empaths a a special connection. But I also believe that if you really wanted to, you could achieve this special connection. But... No one relally wants to be an empath unless they have great emotional control. This is because it can cause extreme depression, you just never really know. For example, if I had became a strong empath, I would eventually commit suicide (even though I am strongly against it) be ause I can't deal with any too extreme emotion, even if positive. I also have mental instability and bad paranoia. Not a good idea for me. But if you are willing to commit to this you can help others with their burdons. Etc.

Colors change all the time, sometimes you are more in tune with seeing certain colors or sometimes other ones will be more dominant. Its hard to say exactly what's what but I find it uncommon for living things to have the exact same aura day after day. Seeing auras against solid backgrounds is definitely easier for most people, the aura can be a tricky thing to see so if there multiple layers of depth or a lot going on in the background it can make the aura harder to pick out. Id say practice on trees against the blue sky during the day.
