Am I Paranoid Or Something Else?

When I was a little girl, I used to run in circles by my front door and steps and just laugh at absolutely nothing. No one would be there. When I was about eight me and my friends had this club house, it was a joke to us that it was hunted. But I really felt stuff, I kind of denied it and kept it to myself, but one night, we all saw this green spirit, it was dressed as a pirate, I don't know why. Now I'm fifteen. I feel as if something is watching me every night and day, but it's almost like it gets more active at night, I get these vibes. Like I know its age range and gender. I feel like this young adult/teen female is watching me every day. I can just kind of sense it. I can't really describe it at all. Its sounds weird but it's true. And also, one time I was trying to sleep and this white flash went off. It was so bright but didn't hurt. It was like if someone put a flashlight in your face. I don't know what's going on with me. I'm kind of freaking out about this. The feelings have never been this strong. Sometimes I hear stuff throughout the day, I don't hear much just a couple floor creaks from upstairs. I can tell the difference if I'm paranoid so I don't think I am, but at the same time I'm unsure because what it I'm getting paranoid within my paranoia? You know? That's why I'm not sure. This is really off topic but I don't know if this has anything to do with it. But sometimes I almost like jerk or twitch and lose touch with where I am, sometimes they're longer than others, I don't see anything during it though. Sorry if this is bouncing from topic to topic a lot.
