Knowing Things Physically Before They Happen

for almost a year now I have been getting these feelings on my face check mostly. When my boyfriend gets a facebook notification or message or anything I know before he gets It on his phone, I can't explain It other then when it happens my left side check and face now In my ear as well gets this sensation feeling 5 to 20 minutes later Tt's on his phone. I want It to stop we fight about facebook and things he's said to people on there, denying them although they are in black and white. I know no trust, He messed that up and still Is,,, but why am I being notified of his notifications? Does any one know what this Is? You can't control something physycally he knows of these feelings and sensations I get In my face and He told me to not think about it and to ignore It. One day I told him his facebook was pretty busy this morning, he got pissed off and thought I was looking at his page when I don't even have a facebook any more, I would feel things and know and then confront him and all he cared about was where I got the info from and stop looking at his stuff, he has known since we met that I've had things like this happen he has too, we both met in different states and felt things emotionally and physically before they happened or one told the other of something, I'd know he was sick or If he got a headache even before he would tell me, we have this connection I can't explain. It doesn't matter where I am or he is same house.bed,car, I could be home alone and he at work and I still get the notifications. I want it to stop and it's something that happens to me not something I think about, I left him once, and came back because we were going to have a fresh start no more face book and he was going to change his phone number and none of it happened, a week ago today we fought all day through texting felt like the day before I left, he doesn't and didn't do anything he said he was going to and I know what I have to do, I am not looking for relationship advice just want to know why this Is happening to me and how I can stop it and If It has a name, thank you for reading.
