I Hear A Lot Of Voices

I can't tell you how often this happens to me. Sometimes it's every day, sometimes, I go weeks without anything. But I hear a lot of voices. They are always trying to talk to me, and I say they because there are multiple voices always talking over eac hother. Trying to get my attention. The most recent, which freaked me out a little, was when I was with my husband, and his boss's family. His boss name, we'll call him James. James just lost his mother. 2 months prior. I had a woman calling to me trying to tell James to go back to her house, and try to locate something. The house was currently being cleaned out by his siblings. She was very persistent on trying to get James' attention. She kept telling me to make him understand I was not just trying to be scary, and in doing so, she told me his childhood nickname, that only she called him, that I would have no idea ever existed. When I told him the name, he got very freaked out, but listened to me. In the next couple days, he flew home, to where his mother had lived before she passed, and visited the place where the voice was telling him to go. He there, found the ownership papers to his mothers business. The kids were looking every where for the papers, and they ended up finding them, and me, of all people, knew where they were. I had never met this mans mother, nor ever been to the house, but I was told how to describe it perfectly. This is not the only time this has happened to me. This has happened to me on several occasions. Does this mean I have a psychic ability? Sometimes the voice do tend to scare me a little, especially when I am home alone. I do believe in ghosts, and spirits. But I never knew they could talk to me. I have in the past felt cold sensasions, and hot sensations up and down my body. But I was unaware of what they were. Could they be ghosts trying to communicate with me?
