My English isn't so good so sorry for that:) today I woke up ore I'm not sure I was awake but I clearly heard someone opening my bedroom door and suddenly it began to whisper but it didn't make sense I never heard such things but after he or she began to speak my body became paralyzed and I could not do anything after it stopped like a minute I woke up I think I don't know it looked so *** real but I can't tell anyway, after it stopped my body temperature raised like fire: (and it could have be anyone from home, I have no brothers or sisters my dad was working and my mom I clearly heard her doing the dishes downstairs I clearly heard everything but couldn't do anything

It kind of freaked me out pretty hard so here is my story but I don't believe in ghosts or spiritual things and medium psychic stuff and abilities I don't believe it personally but I definitely have nothing against people who believe in such things therefore I'm here.

If someone has a logical explanation please answer.

I don't take medication normally I should not be crazy cause I never heard voices until today and it kind of was real like unreal the same time.

And yes I like movies with psychic powers and abilities and ghost movies cause the good entertainment but as I can remember I never dreamed about it or wanted to experience it myself.

I am open for all answers and all characters and if someone has dealt with the same thing as I please comment

I agree with both comments and can make you feel so scared that's why I never sleep on my back if I can help it, where as others are more open to it and want to experience astral projection although it may have happened many of times without a paralysis episode, so I heard its very unpleasant to say in the least. It never happen to me to my knowledge, but now that I mentioned it... I hope it never happens. 😢

the scientific name for being unable to move after suddenly waking up is called sleep paralysis and occurs when the brain doesn't send the signal to cancel the paralysis sate you reach in REM sleep.

This is called the catatonic state. It's when you're aware, not quite in the astral (in the etheric which is right next to the physical).
