For those of you who haven't read my first story here is a little background about me. I have the ability to feel energies, whether positive or negative. I occasionally see spirits but it is not often that I do. I don't really have a handle on it because I do not know how to further explore it. I can be just about anywhere and feel something around. Sometimes it lingers and I am not sure if it is because it knows I am aware of its presence or what. Other times it can pass through me and leave. Especially when I am sleeping. But here is my story.
So for almost a year now I have had a little girl attached to me. She watches me as I sleep. There are times when I can be asleep and I feel as if someone is watching me and I will wake up and she is standing at the foot of my bed. She is about 5 or 6 with blue eyes, blonde hair, and wearing a blue dress with ruffles. There are other times when I can be dreaming of something and she will pop into the dream. And somehow I know she is standing there at the foot of the bed watching me again and when I wake up, there she is. She never says anything she giggles and disappears. Last night, however, was a different encounter. I was sleeping and I felt the bed move, as if someone sat down next to me. I turned over and she was sitting next to me legs crossed. She got up and jumped off the bed, and I felt the bed move as she walked across and jumped. I got up and followed her but when I got around the corner she was gone. I want to talk to her and find out who she is or why she has been watching me. Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried just talking aloud, trying to see if she'll appear or answer in some way but so far no luck.
