Grey Face

Yesterday night something very strange happened to me which is bothering me. I am not sure if I can explain exactly what I have seen, but I hope there is someone who can give me an explanation and maybe have seen the same thing.

I was sleeping and I had a dream. It was about a friend and it wasn't anything strange. But in the dream while I was talking to my friend I felt like in a second I appeared in another place, my bedroom. From this second I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or it was reality.

So I appeared in my bedroom sitting on the chair near the bed. The strange thing was that it was very dark there, so dark that I couldn't see even my hands. I was sitting quiet and trying to see or hear anything, but it was very dark and quiet (it is never so dark in my bedroom because of the big window I have so there is always some light from outside). I realized that something strange was happening and I tried to stand up and walk, but then I realized I was holding my mobile phone and I tried to use it like a torch to see the floor. When I used the light I saw that on the bed there was sitting somebody with a grey face. At first I thought it was my idea, but I tried to look closer and it was a person, I can't say if it was a woman or man or how old it was, but it had a light grey face. He/she looked like sleeping because his face was very calm and with closed eyes. He didn't react or opened the eyes when I put the phone in front of him so I thought it was not real. To see if it was real I touched with my hand his face (to be sure that it wasn't a ghost) and I felt the warm skin and his soft cheeks. The moment I touched his face and realized it was real I screamed and "woke up" in my bed. My parents came to my bedroom because of my screams.

After this I couldn't fall asleep until the morning. I am still wondering if it was real or a dream, but it felt very real when I touched it. I want to know if anyone else have experienced anything like this before or seen a woman/man like this, and if yes why he was sitting on my bed so calm?

P.S. I posted it here because I am not sure if it was a dream or not.
