Energy Healing

Please help me. I am fourteen years old and I have a few "abilities". I can see auras, I'm empathic, I can heal (this is what I'm trying to work on), I have prophetic dreams every once in a while, know what people will say before they do it, and am just starting to see ghosts.

Now, the ability I am most curious about is healing. So far I haven't done anything major. But I have noticed that I can help get rid of a significant deal of pain when I am helping someone. I usually just stick with helping rid pain, but I have noticed that my "help" can actually speed up the healing process. My cousin came to my house a few months ago and could barely walk. When I asked what was wrong, he said he fell and hit his leg on his dresser. So, I asked to see his leg and sure enough there is a bruise the size of a grapefruit on his knee. In addition there were a few small scrapes around the bruise. I had him sit down and began healing it. (he was unaware of me doing it and thought I was just examining it). By the time I was done, he was in a lot less pain. He went from wincing with every step, to jumping as high as he can on the trampoline. By the time the pain started to come back, I noticed that the bruise was a lot lighter than before and instead of the dark blueish purple, it was a greenish yellow which I know means its healing. I healed it a couple more times and by the next day, it was barely a shadow. It was so noticeable that my aunt and mother discussed how unusual it went away so quickly.

Now my real question is, if anyone reading this could tell me their technique on healing it would be great! The way I do it, is I imagine a color radiating from my hands and I push the color into the person. Each color does something different. White is sort of a multi-purpose thing, it mostly gets rid of pain. Gold helps with pains like headaches and stomach aches. Orange helps with bruising. Turquoise is for open wounds and cuts. I have even found that pink can help heal emotions no just physical things, and make people happier. And purple is to calm people down.

Now, I do not know if this matters or not, but I have always had extremely warm hands. I have even been told that I keep the air around me warmer in the winter time. Also, my hands usually have a buzzing in them, which other people can usually feel. Its sort of like a tingle. So do warm, tingly hands mean anything? Does it have something to do with healing?

Lastly, even if you aren't a healer, I would love for you to tell me the things you can do:) I love learning about other peoples abilities. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
