The sweet spot, when you mentioned he smelled sulfur and he said he felt like he was immortal, that might be hell.

Because he was getting the claw marks just above his abdomen, so that might be the case. The black thing? Most likely a demon.
The blood has a metallic taste. Blood does indeed have a metallic taste because I know everyone's tasted blood
Before. That might be the demon (if it's a demon) planting thoughts in his head.
I don't know about his dad though...
The creature/demon said to help it? If fourth lumber down is an address, I suggest you go to it. I mean, if it's nearby and if it's safe and if your parents let you (if you're not already out of your parents house).
