So you dont usually think to move the objects or anything lke that? They just move? I think you have some great advice by these people so I wont really add in but just work on controlling it.

I don't really have ability to move things, though I can make things go faster and such...like when it rains I can make it rain harder by concentrating...usually I am frustrated or angry when I do this. So, as Martin said it could be sleeping issues as well as other interfering emotions that play in. I know things like this can make you so frustrated at times, but try to learn and be tolerant.

I admit I'm skeptical but assuming it's true, I would say the key to control it is one clue you gave out: it happens when you're falling asleep. This means it probably happens when your brain waves slow down to the alpha or theta level. You could reach that state voluntarily by meditation or relaxation, and examine your thought process when something moves. Take notes, and maybe some common traits or a trend will appear. Hi, what you wrote is really interesting and I believe you. Stuff like that (telekinesis) isn't easy to control. I understand you in a certain way, because to me it happens too, but with telepathy. Of course, it's not as dangerous as your "gift", cause obviously it won't damage my stuff or hurt other people, but it hurts me (sometimes). Well, I just wanted to say, don't worry, you will get used to it. Often, such gifts disappear when people reach a certain age. Good luck.
