Neon People

When I was growing up I had experienced things that only my mother could explain at first. I would have people watch me. There were about 4 of them that would glow bright neon colors. Bright blue, bright red, bright green, and bright yellow. These were figures in the shape of human form glowing from there entire body to a few inches away. I never have really found out what they were or what they wanted. I tried to talk to them and they didn't answer back. As time went on I noticed things changing on them for example the bright blue figure started wearing blue Jean's and a blue Jean jacket. The bright red figure wore a red dress and then they left and I never saw them again. I would like to know what was going on or who they were as I have had other experiences with seeing people as well. But the other experiences are extremely different. One example to give you an idea is my mother was standing at the end of my bed staring at me she had on a white gown like a sleeping gown. I called for her over and over and louder and louder until my mom in her bedroom yelled back what. I think had a panic run over me and screamed for her to come here and as soon as she entered the room the lady who looked identical to my mom disappeared. Does anyone experience these things as well? I think I have found a way to open and close this door I call it in my head. I have had a strong history of seeing people that shouldn't be there as well as many other things. I would have to section each story to not turn this into a run of a bunch of different things but I would like feedback on the neon people the thing that looked like my mother and if you have found a way to turn it off an on as well I would like to know if you have any advice in ways I can use this.
