Hearing Voices, Seeing Black Shadows

So, I've seen black shadows. Once felt one walking behind me and turned into the bedroom. Another time, I felt one behind me and when I looked back it walked into the storage locker.

We built a new house in 2009. I saw black shadows periodically walking around the house. Large and smaller shadow people. I would hear it go up the stairs and enter my daughters room.

Never hurt us... I was never scared of them.

We also see white lights in our newest house. I've seen this more often then the black shadows. They even let's me touch the light. They usually disappear through a mirror. Bizarre!

I don't now if this is any thing to do with things I was adopted as a baby to a family my mum had lost 2 daughters to polio she went to a mental home for a while but by our then stupid laws alowed the church to help with adoption I am a boy she lost 2 girls and also adopted 2 girls she treated one of the girls like gold and treated me like scum my other sister didn't get it as hard as me but was older and always had to watch us in her school holidays instead of having fun she had one natural son who was her treasure one day I was looking in the hall way mirror and my adopted mums bed was next to where I was standing I thought I was growing and feeling proud and I turned to her and said I'm getting big aye mum she looked at me with this evil look and said you will never be as big as your brother (her nateral son) I new more than ever I was on my own from that day I was about 8 years old I could never tell her any thing if I was sick sore or otherwise I think my departed natural family may be the ones with me

I have since I was in my early twentys bad dreams frozen paralized with a perosn standing over me then this continued on and off then I had in a dream real clear a moari lady I'm part moari from new zealand stand beside me while I'm asleep I can clearly see her then she went into my body then after that I got bad abdominal pain that would drop me to the ground we had a physcic over she asked me about the lower pain without me even telling her about it she said she could get rid of ot she blessed the house and me and I never had it again then I got and still get clear dreams about where I am going to live next a clear picture of our next house and it always comes true we like to move a lot and I personaly don't like staying in one house for to long in our latest house which by the way I did dream about the location not the exact house this time I have a couple of months back seen a black shado spirit in the hall way at night when I got up to get a drink it only revealed the back of it I thought it was my partner checking on the kids as it stopped in our doorway I said what are you doing then it stopped in the kids doorway then went in so I followed it in thinking it was my partner turned the light on and it was only the kids asleep in bed I went fast into our room and my partner was asleep in bed I new I had just seen something and was not scared but alittle freaked and went to bed and in the morning told my partner about what had happened she was freaked out by this. Is this a bad spirit or not would like your thoughts thanks.

30 years ago I was 5, and for almost every night for 4 years I Saw black shadows passing by in my bedroom. I was very afraid; I tried ti speak with them, to cry, to pray... Anything I could I tried, but they never paid attention o me. They just "walk", also if I never Saw feet... They slip... No face, just silhouette, more black than night... But very scary for me as a child. I don't know if they were allicinations... But i'm not a mental insane... I'm a normal man, with a wife and a child... Never speak about it with noone... Shadows can be negative, and you can literally feel the difference. When we fear them, we feed the negative energy, thus making them stronger. I found that now when I see them... Instead of cowering from them (which gives them more energy), I consciously send them peace and love... Which generally sends them packing... They can't handle the positive energy 😆

So black shadows are bad you want to make sure your not trying to talk to them or acknowledge them as hard as it sounds... I have seen things since I was about I want to say six maybe five since I can remember... And I have things following me tooo... Any house I go to I WILL no if there is sumthing there I can feel them wen they're close or in the same place as me... But black shadows you want to make sure you actually try and get help from riding your self of it by going to sum one or getting it away... Because it CAN turn out to be bad... Especially if they're scaring you wen you see them that means stay away as much as you can and the best way to make them go away is to ignore them and try to not believe... The more you feed into them the more powerfull they get they feed on anger, fear, depression... So try not to fight in the house and try to not b scared as hard as it is... AND GET HELP THEY WILL NOT LEAVE! This is only if they are completely black and have no form as well...

To let you know a black shadow is usually the ghost of the person who had occupied or had died in or around the area it had been seen. This is not a bad or evil spirit, yes it may open and close drawers in the kitchin so that you may hear silverware clang, or hear pots and pans or chairs moveing across the flour. This is just to let you know that you are in his area and the noise is to get somekind of respect or agreenent from you that you are in the spirits space. Most of the time people can live in harmony with spirits. But what I was disturbed about was the black shadow of a man leaning over my wife when she was sleeping give me a head nod and kiss her and the cheek. Yes I seen him many times and He only seen him kiss her once, but before this he was very hard to deal with always making noise and standing in the doorways. I had to tell him that we moved into his house and were here to stay. He had worked for the railroad and built his house by hand all by his self. Sounds unbelievable but true. He had died in the bedroom and just wasn't ready to leave. I got a kick out of anyone who stayed over and usually before the mourning I would hear about the ghost that some one had just seen. This is only one ghost of may I had to deal with in my life. Believe me! If there is a ghost or spitit I will see him. But lately I have been seeing a black orb down my x-wifes when I sleep in the living room.

Im 19 years old, and I've experciened a dark shadow in my house, around 3am in my halway. It was in my face. It was a shape of a man but it had no face just pure black.
I experciened this 3 time's, I don't know how to react to it. I can barely sleep when I've seen it. I don't hear voices or any other noises, I just see shadows of figures coming near to me. Like they want something from me. Can any one explain to me what's going on. This is all new. (happend 2months ago and last week again) Thats basicly why I'm here. 😨

I started to seeing those black orbs, shadow people when I was a child. Shadow people moves very fast like you can't see them clearly but you feel like there is something watches you and you sometimes can see it by your corner eyes. When I was 14 I saw a demon. It had got red eyes, black body and horns (like batman ears) it looked at me and smiled at me then I saw white orbs. I think white orbs were meant to protect me. And then it disappeared. It happened like black orbs. So I believe black orbs are demons. I am wiccan. I cleansed my room. I know that demon tried to do mind control over me when it looked at me. I kept seeing shadows around me mostly on walls they were moving so fast. But now I don't see them. I just see other colours orbs. I don't see them just because I cleansed my room.

please someone help me. I hear ghosts I see black shadows and feel like someones next to me. I'm new here and new with the ghosts I try to tell them to stop bugging me at night. I need help ❤

i doubt it is the notoriously over used" devil" or demons, everyone knows that children until the age of 7 can see the dead and imprints, so can small animals and dogs.

Dont try to commune with them, they cannot speak to you, or see you really, the fact that you yourself have seen them means only that it brushed the living world. When something dies, it's imprint still remains sometimes, it isn't unfinished business or any other typical bullshiat that psyc's will throw at you. If you are seen, or it interacts with you, then you are very fortunate. Shades very seldom speak or pay any mind to leaving creatures, they cannot touch you because they are not completely manifested upon this plane of existence.

I have had that happened ever since I was a little kid. I was afraid at first but I have relaxed. They are gray now and I now feel safe with most of them but there is a few that scare the heck out of me. I am not sure about what they are but I know that they can't be anything good. I can also now talk to my friendly spirits. I speak out loud to them but of course they speak quietly to me. People think I am crazy because of me talking to myself but I just shrug it off and ignore them because I know they will never understand.

Hey big, I have also saw a black shadowy figure flying through my living room. It scared me. I learned some old lady died in my house before I bought it 6 years ago also a man across the street commited suicide that may explain my paranomal activitiy.
What you are dealing with is demons. My 6 year old is a powerful psychic she even scares me. She has been seeing the devil in our house. He is tall has black or red eyes. He is red with bare skin he has a loin cloth on he has a tail and howls like a wolf. He always carries a knife of axe he is there to kill or hurt us. They are usually black entities with the red, white or black eyes. They carry weapons to hurt us. I heard a child crying ma ma in my house near my bedroom. Right after my daughter saw the devil every night for 3 months we subsequently had major problems with the police department, of children and family services all kind of stuff to make my life a living hell. That's to our friend the devil visiting us and his devil helpers. Now I had to hire a lawyer
So believe me these spirits mean havic and hardship don't mess with them. I usally ask my daughter to warn me if hes around so we can pray and go to church.

i think the black shadows are demons I'm so scared of them... I saw one one day ooo man just re-telling it... You would have to of seen the design of the kitchen to know why its scary... But I was looking in the cabinet and I go this feeling and my ears started to ring... It wasn't the usuakl ghost feeling you get when things get cold it was akward like somone staring at you in public and you just want to be like "what are you looking at buddy?" but it was awkward because I knew nobody was there but I was so annoyed by the feeling I turned around and these eyes of black were staring at me from around a corner and soon as I made eye contact it rushed me! It was huge like 7 foot tall and all black like a cloud of smoke and its hair which I thought was hair at first but once it got closer it just looked like smoke blowing back but everything was black and its teeth were pointy and razor sharp looking... It rushed me and I closed my eyes and screamed and fell back into the counter... My wife asked me what was wrong and I was so scared to even move... It took me 5 minutes just to cut the lights on and 10 minutes to get back in bed... Even with all the lights in the house on I was scared to death... But I think for some reason the shadows are warnings not to venture into the spirit world like the guardians or something cause I notice I only see them when I venture too far in... I guess that's why christians call it playing with the devil... The ghosts I have encountered are really hard headed though lol demons and shadows go away apon command if you state loudly "leave my home, you are not welcome here, I am the owner of this house and do not remember you being envited, this house is protected by god and his angels I command you to leave in his name" works everytime lol but ghosts man they don't leave for nothing your better off talking to them...

Try calling out to them, meditate and try communcating to see what they want. If you've been there 15 years and you haven't been hurt or anything you shouldnt worry to much. They might need help crossing over.

Bigmouth - If you believe you may be a medium start growing your gifts and those black shadows will turn to gray images of people and in no time at all you will start seeing them in color.
There is a difference in engeries for the most part: Ghosts (have not gone through the light) and spirit (has gone through the light).
Ghost feel very close to you. It is as if energy wise you invited them in your home and can hear them verbatim.
Spirt feels further away and most of the time when they come through the vail I am only able to get parts of what they are saying. This has a lot to do w/how they are communicating w/me. If they just download their thoughts I won't skip a beat. But most of them don't.
If you want to see your visitors in color don't be afraid to practice your gifts. As your confidence grows, so does your abilities.
Beware! All ghost and spirt communicate through telepathy and if these visitors are a constant, then you really do need grow your abilities. Because they can hear your every thought if they are around or tune in. Really! You do not need to talk out loud to hear them. Think about this, before you pick up a pen to write, you have to form the thoughts of what you will be writing. Well, we think in general before we speak and these energies heard the thought before you realized what your thought was.
I cannot tell you how much I laugh when I watch these t.v. Ghost hunter shows and the like. There they are pre-planning how they are going try to get ghost to act. Or they think they are going to irritate a ghost enough to act. They already know your intentions before you even get going because they can hear your thoughts. It is amazing how much time they waist and really how many opportunities they mess up by their know it all attitudes.
For those energies that are negative they are very maniuplative and they can prey and influence others in the house hold. It is best to grow your abilites so that you immediatly know who is in your space at all times. If negative figures they have a safe haven in your home because you allow others, they will use the opportunity.
Know this. The majority of ghosts if they have no wrong intentions will introduce themselves to you and immediatly tell you about themselves. Even the things that were bad about them in life. Now, you may think you are hearing it but it is generally experienced through feelings and thoughts. If you are waiting to actually hear then you will be waiting a very long time.
Trust those first feelings you get, the dead are putting them there for a reason. Also, trust the thoughts that are coming into to your head. The dead are also putting them there for a reason.
However, there are those who will attempt to all out BS you. Spirt never BS's only ghosts.

She may be menacing. I've seen menacing twice, but if you've been there 15 years and felt playful stuff just trying to jerk your chain, I'd say ignore it. Provoking probably isn't wise.

the lady you saw, did she look evil? I do not know enough to be able to give you answers, for that I am very sorry. The description of the lady made me get an image in my head that I really want to get rid of. What I'm getting is menecing. Be carfull.

Next time they address you or call your name, ask them. "What? You keep playing around, but what? Who are you?" I've never had this experience, I'm probably too chicken, but if you get an answer, it would be interesting.

bigmouth - I love the name! I wasn't smart enough to think of a funny one. You really aren't that patient maybe, or you are very easy going natured. So why mess with worrying about it too much? You've been there 15 years, why bother. It sounds like you aren't really in a bad place, and I know some probably exist, but as long as they are just goofing now and then, I would just let it go. I do think you're sensitive or they wouldn't bother trying to get through to you. Some people never listen or pay attention. Perhaps all ghosts are wicked, but I doubt it. You've been there long enough that I think you've nearly developed an odd, but sweet, friendship. I might be wrong...
