Need Confirmation If I'm Psychic

I'm 13 years old and this has been going on for as long as I can remember. I can feel when something bad is going to happen or if something I am about to do will lead to something bad.

Also sometimes when I dream they come true like a week ago I was dreaming that my cousins would scare me randomly at my house and that Thursday they did. I have had ones where I see something bad happen and it does.

If I am just meeting someone or if they are next to me I automatically like or dislike them without them even talking to me.

When someone asks me a question and I am between a couple of answers I will start to go with one and I just feel a kind of pressure of me mostly my upper back and I just feel to go with a different answer and when I do it is right.

I also live in a 1700 era house and sometimes I feel something behind or around me and nothing is there, but I don't believe there are ghosts here. This may have to do wit this stuff

Also, with direction, I can tell where to go even if I have never been there. I just want to know if I am psychic? I have also talked to my mom and she has some of the same experiences.

I have read some articles on here and can relate to many of them and if I am psychic can anyone tell me what kind? I'm only 13 so are these unusual or is everybody like this? My friends aren't as they have told me.
