Hand Print Meanings

I always wondered how people can tell your future, past, and anything else with hand prints. I have seen many books on this and I do not quite understand this. I remember one time this person read my hand and they said they found out how I was going to die. They showed me the line and its meaning. It's called my lifeline. It had this line going through it at the end. Then, the person asked me if I wanted to try and figure out their death. They had that line going through it in the middle of their hand. When they started freaking out I took their hand and somehow I moved that line to the top of their hand. That was amazing what I did. I even saw it move. I have a question to anybody who is a master at figuring out hand signs and symbols. On my right hand I have this star in the middle of my palm underneath two long lines connecting my index finger. It's not a complete star but it is close to being a full star. If I had a picture of it I would upload it so you could have a better understanding on what the star looks like. I would greatly appreciate if somebody could tell me what that could mean, because I do not have a book on any of this. Off the topic, I would also like to know how to open my third eye. If anybody could help me with that, I will appreciate it. I have been wondering for quite awhile on how to open my third eye. The only steps I know how to open it is to meditate. I am pretty sure there are plenty of other ways to open your third eye but I would like to know a few more. Comments are thanked.
