Seeing A Figure

I have been in the Marine corps for about 2 years now about 2 months ago I went to go lay down it was about 1230 at night and out of no where I saw a figure that I couldn't make out levitate up from the foot of my bed and travel over me and back in behind the bed. My heart started racing and I couldn't move after it vanished, I sat up and touched the wall to make sure I was awake for it. When I laid back down all the sudden my heart started to race and I felt afraid now I'm not a easily scared person I have had 2 prior suicide attempts and ect... So I looked over into the corner of my room and saw a black figure lingering there the just took up the whole corner. I have a room mate and didn't want to wake him so I did my best to ignore it and went to sleep. The next day at the same time I wanted to see what would happen and I wasn't as scared because I was anticipating it. A face I could easily make out had a trail of white smoke flowing behind it the face made its way up the side of my bed then vanished... Fast forward to over the weekend I went to go take a shower about mid day I usually shower with no lights on and have nothing happen. This time I could see the light under the door clearly then out of my peripherals, a black film over took my vision and it kept pulsing and getting darker then I could make out a hand on the outside of the shower curtain I looked away into the corner of the shower beside me and I saw a feminine figure in the shadow slowly growing I could make out a mouth nose and the shoulders I went flipped on the light and tried to get the thought of it but can not I\'m not scared I want some clarity of what it going on. On a side not I was hearing random bits of audio that sounds scratchy along with my ears always popping and ringing at random time throughout the day those might be nothing but I don t feel like I should leave those out anything helps so please let me know
