Visited A New World Called The Spirit World

I'm 14 and I have a lot of psychic abilities and I know a lot about them. I was sleeping one night when my aura and spirit left my body. They traveled to a land that's not found on earth. I stopped to talk to one person who told me I was indeed in another world and it was called the spirit world. This is a dream when I was 4 by the way. I would then travel there every night through my dreams but every thing I did there affected my body and mind when I woke up. This might sound like nonsense but it isn't.

I trained there and grew stronger and smarter when I woke up. I have met some of those spirit world people here on earth. I was able to control all elements, move objects, read minds, tell the future, and every thing else you can think of. I don't know any one in my family who is psychic. I want to know has anyone else been to the spirit world?

I need help getting better control of all of my abilities that way I can use them properly, other wise I have to drink a lot of caffeine to keep my self from using my abilities a lot and to keep my mind calm. I have been trying to get back to the spirit world but I take in too much caffeine to do so. I know they can help me there. Does any one here know how to control their minds at least 70 percent?

P.S. Meditating doesn't help me at all but I can control my emotions 80% of the way. I have more than that experience but I need help controlling my mind the most.

Simplifi the situation, if you think you can achieve thia and should achieve this then try a way you believe in. That's not much help is it?
What I suggest is first look at this from a new angle, as a chid you don't control your emotion. You simply do. You eont even ponder you simply DO. Look at yourself now, your trying to control your emotions. We have emotions for a reason, and I believe that reason is so we can learn how to exist on a level that allows us to be very personal. To connect.

Perhaps the reason you can't. Leave or return baxk. Is because you are supposed tolearn this lesson in LIFE not astraly. And that is te lesson of accomplishing through emotion by listening to your emotions letting them run free rather than You keeping them on a leash.
Buy you may say, but " if I do that I won't be able to do what I want or need on that side" well. Is that possible yes. But the same is possible that you say, " okay I'm emotional I can't control it but that's ok because that's a part of me I chose to live with in this life I live NOW and I know I wanted to get through this for ye better of my self". Try this viewpoint. From thispoint. If this advice works for you. You'll receive the knowledge you need after. This is all I can tell you. You decide if this advice will be possible in helping you

I use to go there when I was smaller and you should go there and ask him if you should break the rest of the seals if the "master of darkness" will even allow you.

My spirit name is Alyona. Though you don't pronounce it the way you do in English. I pronouce the 'l' 'ee' and the 'n' 'ng' so my name = Ah-ey-oh-nga
I have lots of control on movement and other elements as well (though I can't mention)

Appreciat a little more advise from my freind in the spirit world, he is known as the lord of light. I need to know a way to get back there.

yes my name in the spirit world is shadow king & master of darkness.
I do have control over some abilities that's why I kno how much control I have over my emotions.

I've been there! I can move objects and stuff around and I learn tons there!
But I'm sorry, I don't know how to control the stuff coming in and out of me, it just sort of happens.
Do you have a special name in the spirit world?

Sounds to me like you are trying to hard. It is hard to know how much of your emotions you are in control of. How can you know you are 80% in control of your emotions? I'm not being judgmental, just curious. I can't even tell the extent of my emotions or my mind (I don't think anyone has complete control of their mind, in my opinion that is what separates us from god/allah/whoever you believe in).

I have never been to the spirit world though. I have dreamt about places that are not on this Earth but I don't know what/where they were. Sorry.
