Seeing Men In Lab Coats

Over the summer me and my two sisters were messing around in our bonus room. Being teenagers, we were horsing around when I looked up and saw a figure of a male in a white lab coat. Seeing him/ it caused me to go in some sort of panic attack, which was fairly odd because I'm the one who goes head on against the supernatural. Only one of my sisters saw him too.

I panicked because in the figure's hand I saw a glistening syringe, which caused me to freak out even more. I'm quite use to seeing weird things, but that was the freakiest night of all. Half an hour later, my sisters became delusional, and zoned out a lot. My mind was becoming blurry, and then I began seeing them on lab tables in a science lab. It was really weird. And I focused back to the normal room I saw people in black trench coats surrounding us.

Ever since that night I've been seeing them all around my house. My sister also saw a gloved hand over her head one day in our parent's closet mirror. We also feel a large amount of pressure in there too. Like I said I'm quite used to this, but it's gotten really weird around my house, and my parents don't believe anything my sisters or I say about it. Any advice to what's going on?

Perhaps part of being sensitive is knowing what I don't like. I don't like loud noises or horror movies. I don't like yuk stuff in any way. Being sensitive is partly about relaxing. Plants, animals, nature, music, they relax me. Learn to be calm and pick what you want to know. If you don't want to go there, don't. If others pick up on it and it makes you uncomfortable, learn to be funny. People will relax.
