Serotonin Effects On Psychic Abilities

I heard that serotonin does a lot of good for you. Keeps you in a good mood. Kills depression. You can look it up online to get even more details if you would like. Everyone in my family has been taking it and now for the most part they all seem to be more positive thinking.

Its so post to reduce your appetite, make you feel more like exercising, and yeah, be more positive. I have been taking one every once in a while. I was reading in "your sixth sense" by Belleruth Naparstek, that serotonin levels deal with psychic abilities.

My question is, if I take these serotonin pills, will my psychic abilities be increased? Because people now days are lacking serotonin because of all the processed foods they eat, and not exercising. So I don't think they're very tuned in/ having much depth.

I eat very healthy and exercise regularly. I'm pretty grounded and open to all ideas. I'm positive, for the most part.

So if I took a few of these pills (more than the recommended 1 daily), would that part of my brain (the part that's all chilling with the 6th sense stuff) become more active?

What effects do you think it will have on me? More control over my dreams, even clearer mind set, more tuned into 6th sense things?

dear mirrors,
Ha yeah I do recall a time that I was in this state my mind being awake but my body imoble, and I tried leaving it, then something not pleasant really at all began trying to pretty much rip me from my body. It wasn't very fun. And I havn't tried it since. Mostly because I don't really have a reason to. At the moment.
And I don't take those pills anymore.
So what's after meditation?

be careful. There is a medical condition called "serotonin storm" where your brain gets too much serotonin.

There are lots of neurotransmitters in the brain, and they balance each other out.

The best thing is to eat well, exercise and manage stress and your brain will take care of itself.

When you open the crown energy center, you naturally produce large amounts serotonin and DMT.

DMT is a drug that non-ascended people take to trip into other dimensions.

Certain people (raises hand) produce DMT naturally just by having the crown energy center activated.

First thing is meditation. That's a must to open you to communication of higher vibrations since when our bodies are relaxed, so are our minds. Being wide open helps get information flowing. Sometimes when I'm not in the mood for heavy meditation, I just leave my mind blank of all thoughts and count each breath and close my eyes. I breathe evenly and sometimes if I decide to keep my eyes open I watch as my chest or stomach rises and falls with each breath. It's rather therapeutic. There's some more exercises that help us prepare through meditation for astral-projection, nature connecting, or even picture entering (you entering into a picture scenery and seeing and feeling everything as if you're actually there.). Alot of people say that during astral projection you can communicate easier with spirits, which brings on another thing.

Barriers/shields. When doing spirit work, everyone has to protect themselves from negative energies since we tend to fall prey if they see us so open and vulnerable. Then there's contacting a spirit guide as well and that helps in further advancement, since our guides are literally experts on us. ❤

Whatever you do, don't take more than the recommended dose. It's not good at all to induce psychic gifts and experiences via syntetic stimulants. If you want to learn how to get in touch and awaken your spirituality, there's many ways of doing so without the need of that. But keeping healthy and balanced both emotionally and spiritually is a really good start, so you're pretty good there already. I could give you some pointers to get you started. 😁
