I Have Abilities And I Don't Know What To Do

 

I've always been able to see aura's, but lately, it's getting stronger. The lights overwhelm me and I get a headache I can also control the wind to some degree, but I can't really control it. I can also see ghosts. Whenever I go into a room I feel all the emotions at the same time, and being around people makes me really tired and stressed out. It wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that wind power is getting out of control. Last time I used it one of my friends got hit by an object and got a concussion. Now, whenever I get stressed I can feel the wind start to blow, and that scares me. I can control it, but not as well as I want too. I'm more afraid of not being able to control it. If I can control it I can stop anything bad happening to my friends. I also have small control over fire, but not as strong as the wind. I can basically just make it flare up and I'm almost scary good at starting them. I also have a minimal amount of water control, but all I can do is make small ripples.It's kind of the same with telekinesis. I can move small objects a little bit in the right environment. And that's in a quiet bathroom while listening to specific music. I have so many powers and I don't know what to do. These abilities are all cool and stuff, but I can't properly control them and people are getting hurt. Please help! What should I do? Should I refine my abilities in a controlled environment? Or should I just ignore them? I'm so confused. Has anyone else experienced similar things? I need help, and fast!

Maybe the wind is trying lead you to lose control more often. Not in a reckless sense, let yourself be... Quit controlling your thoughts. This is part of you, listen to it. The more you listen the less afraid you will be, I promise
Headphones and 20 minute alone daily help provide clarity for yours truly (I literally have to make myself do it no matter what every morning, otherwise my thoughts are like bouncy balls and I can't see the real me)

I am the same way. I have found that what helps me the most was to put down all of my fears on paper and the things that I love on another. Then tore up the paper with fears leaving only love. This made me imagine my worries dissolving into Nothing. I'm sorry if that doesn't help

Your fear is only making it worse. I suggest that you learn to control each power by taking time to calmly train them.

Whenever you are alone, train your powers to follow your commands. Learn to turn them on and off at will. To do that, try imagining a light switch.
