I was staying at the Manresa Castle in Port Townsend, Washington. I was in one of their guest bedrooms on the third floor and I looked out the window towards the port. In my mind's eye, I suddenly felt myself falling to the ground to my death, but oddly enough, I felt I had been pushed! I couldn't shake the feeling that a woman had died by the hands of another in that room. Later, I was in the bar with my boyfriend when I asked the bartender if anyone had died at the Castle. He said that yes, there had in fact been a suicide. In the 1920's, a young woman had a fiancé that was out to sea on an extended trip and in her depression had jumped out the third story guest bedroom window! That seemed to fit the psychic experience I had, but I wasn't convinced it was by her own choice. Why would a woman in love do herself in like that? Her fiancé's trip was not forever. I really wondered if the pushing sensation I felt was the real reason for her fall, but I'll truly never know.
