So this was one of many strange experiences I've had. I was about 6 at the time and had already encountered a lot of things (e.g. Shadow/light figures, auras, orbs, spirits etc.) According to my mum I'd always been fascinated but very wary of mirrors even as a baby. I remember always feeling like something was watching me which has carried on into my teenage years. This experience was so strange and quite frightening, I remember it like it was yesterday.
Anyway I was sitting on my mums bed, facing the bed was her sliding door wardrobe which had two huge mirrors on it. I was just sat on the edge of her bed looking into the mirror. I must have stayed like that for at least 30 minutes, It was like I was waiting for something but I didn't know what. I was about to give up and leave when I got a strong feeling I needed to stay. I turned back to the mirror and the glass looked a little foggy, I blinked and when I opened my eyes my reflection was gone and in it's place a blonde haired woman sat with her head in her hands crying. I was shocked and obviously wierded out but I stayed to see what would happen next. The woman stopped sobbing and looked up, at first she seemed shocked I was there and just stared at me for a few seconds before this evil expression settled over her face. Her eyes narrowed and she had a crazy smile, she started to get up and I bolted from the room screaming. One of the wierdest experiences of my life so far. I told my mum but she had no explanations.
I've tried getting it to happen again recently as we moved house and I got a new wardrobe with two huge mirrors. I just suddenly decided to see if I could get similar restults. I've felt as if I'm so close to to it happening but then it just slips away. So I was just wondering if anyone knew what this was? I'm curious to know why it happened. Any answers are apreciated thank you

First,I just want to say that *inhales*:that was such a terrifying experience you had. What a wonder you were able to bounce back from it without,well,going paranoid. If it was me, I swear, just the blonde girl crying would have sent me running already. I don't have to (and want toxD) wait for the "evil smile" because seriously,it'll just mess up more of my system!😆

About the situation you had, I do think that it is showing itself to you because you are clairvoyant enough to see her. Spirits do get attracted to the ones who are psychic enough to see them/sense them. And they do this plainly for two purposes.
You mentioned having a friend who is like this spirit. If you think that friend is her,well,I think she's there to not just scare you---I feel as if she has some message to relay to you, or something to ask you.
Whether to help her or not,it's up to you.
No matter what kind of haunting or spirit apparition, these kind of events only end when the spirit is confronted. And I suggest doing so BUT NOT WITHOUT CAUTION. Since you know you're psychic already, maybe call out to your Spirit Guides if ever you decide to talk to the spirit? One perfect example would be, as I usually say, is AA Michael and all the other kinds of "protector" entities. They usually aid us humans inc chasing the evil entities away.
And of course, Google information about your experience and ask the knowledgeable ones here as well. As I would also like to say:no one could solve the mystery better than the one who is experiencing the actual mystery.
