I think I am basically a true trance medium, this is why I have these nocturnal spiritual problems. I have been reading kardecs mediums book and it says something similar to what you are saying. So where do I find one of these teachers, at a spiritualist church?

Ah ok, that sounds complicated. The reason I want to summon it is to.see.what it truly wants, the last time I saw it, it appeared in the mirror holding a note, I see this as meaning it has a message for me and that I need to speak to it. Also the reason why I asked about learning how to induce a trance is because I now understand (through a lot of research) what my ability is, essentially I have a form of somnambulistic trance mediumship (or something along those lines). I kind of understand what the ability does essentially in my somnabulistic state I gain second site, telepathy, spirit comunication, mild oneric manipulation/manifestion on the spiritual plane (but seemingly not over the physical plane) and telekinesis (im not actually sure if I get telekinesis but once in the somnabulistic state my body rose into the air physically and not astrally, this may have been entity interference but I am somewhat inclined to believe that it was me doing it) my mental power becomes far stronger visualisation becomes effortless. The telepathy bit is weird because it feels as if the voice is being generated from the back of my head and its really loud. I also get metaphorical insights into the future and see hidden dark truths that turn out to be somewhat true. The last thing that seems to happen in the trance is I gain this thing that some refer to as a black.sun, I am not sure what if does but basically when the trance starts if I wake up in the middle of it I see this strange ball with wriglylegs infront of me which looks like a spider or a black sun, I believe this is actually the third eye closing/shutting down my second site in the waking state? Some say this actually the physically eyes reverting back to physical vision from the etheric.eyes, sometimes when I am in trance I become aware that I am in a trance and I see my minds blink and close theni can open my physical eyes and see again like normal. However the problem with my ability is that I have no actual control over it it just kind of starts as soon as I fall asleep, I basically want to learn how to induce this somnambulistic trance like state at will so I can control it because I have been terrified of it since I was 15 (im now 21).

Re summoning it would be important to identify the entity and understand its purpose be it pos or neg. But I must ask why do you want to summon it. I do not understand the purpose.

I have seen my duplicate in another dimension. I have seen my true self which is male, in this life I am female. My true self looked completely different than my human form.

As to animal self some believe we have a Totem, some people change into this while dreaming. I believe you are speaking of this. We can change into a few. But I can not say that to me it is the same as defined as totem animal.

Thank you very much pathR I'll look into those sources. You seem knowledgeable about such phenomena. I have always had this slight suspicion that I am not the only personality in my soul. I say this because sometimes when I enter these somnambulistic trances I realise that there is another personality within me that is clearly me but is at the same time separate yet superior to me, it is as if the unconscious part of my soul is the part that controls me. Ever since I was a child I'd have lucid dreams of this blond kid who would appear in these trances and hangout with me. When I was a child this blond person was child. However as I aged this character seemed to age at the same rate as me. Eventually I found out it was actually female, yet even though I am a male I had this weird feeling that this person was actually another part of my souls personality. These trances have always seemed more real than life and the plane in which they are experienced is almost like a perfect version of our world. When ever I meet this other personality I feel as though we are twins/clones of each other, its so weird. Also the personality doesn't always appear as a girl, it can sometimes be an animal or cartoon character. Am I right in thinking that this is another part of my soul or is it another entity messing with me?

If you speak to a family member you may find they have seen and experienced some as you but did not talk about it.

I spoke to my dad who is 82 he told me I too could remote view and he had been doing this as an adult. He went on to say the percentage he experienced. I said I did remote viewing and that I did other things and what my percentage was. His brother is similar and had been reading people and making predictions. These men just went about their daily lives and nothing more about it.

What I learned from them is they accepted it as normal.
I on the other hand held on to some old traditions and sought more. So the idea is to work and keep working to see and get more.

See with the physical eyes, and seeing with the double Etheric body weight sees the dense beings that Travel between the physical plane and spiritual. These beings feed off of low dense energy off of humans. It has been said that the longer some beings have been on the earth plane that part of their body disappears. All of these beings share space with humans on the earth as they are all around us.

Hey Victoria, thanks so much for the reply, it was really helpful, I wasn't actually able to see what was on the note because I was in a trance when it happened and at that point I was only in second site for a few seconds before I freaked out and came out of the trance.

From what you talked about I get you have been seeing the spirit world.
Normal human eyes are limited (like any other animal) and can see a pretty small part of the full light spectrum. You probably have a strong spiritual connection that allows you to interact. The spirit world is in there. Spiders, snakes passing through walls, weird creatures, headless humanoids, floating heads and limbs are all in there. You are hearing their voices. These experiences are more common as you are falling asleep or awakening, around the witching hour and with your peripheral vision.

What was on the note? Maybe it was a contract or a trap?
Shielding yourself in a bubble of white light will help you limit them.
