Ability Too See And Talk To Some Ghosts & Spirits

I have had the ability too see and talk to some ghosts; spirits; whatever you call them and I know its not normal. But why do some people see and others don't? I got this from my mom. I know because we each feel the same way when we are around that stuff. I want to know if anyone ever has had problems with this. I am 16 and male and I have seen ghosts since I was little. It all started when I was visiting my aunts house before my uncle was a priest. The woman an man who lived in the house both died tragically. The man broke her legs and threw her in the cellar. Which is now under the front porch that connects to the basement. She died screaming. The man then became very sick and then under the influence of being haunted by his wife he killed himself in the basement. A couple years later My aunt and uncle bought the house and my aunt always saw the woman. My mom would always see the man. And when I was about 5 I seen both of them in what used to be the kitchen fighting but no words came out, but my mom heard fighting noises and came and got me. Other incidents have happened/lights, pictures garage door opening and closing and also the power tools and regular tools regularly moving around. I would like it if some one could tell me why these things happen and how much money could I make helping people find ghosts or something. Until next time please comment
