Improving my ESP

I've been spending my time on researching psychic powers and such and practicing the subject as well. And after a while my ESP has gotten better and I'm getting results in some telekinesis sessions. The ways I've been practicing is like making a drop a water fall down the cup when it's laying still on the side or moving strains of hair or smoke etc. Back and forth. After a while I'll get small headaches and can't do anymore. Then later on when I'm sleeping, I don't dream. I was thinking this is because of straining my mind.

Then I've been getting just random times I'll think about someone I haven't seen or talked to in months or longer and they'll call me. Or someone I just start thinking about and they come to my house or call me.

Also I've been making psi balls. I have read when you make them your supposed to 'program' them to do whatever you want them to. But I'm not sure how much energy I should put into for whatever command I wish for it. Along with that I don't know what I should make it do.

But really I was wanting some advice on ways to improve my ESP and telekinesis. Also I wanted to start trying to learn telepathy so advices for that would be greatly welcomed.

One question on the not dreaming thing? Are you an insomniac... Or just stressed? I usually never dream as well, that's why I have so much quick flashes/remote view... Only every few days in a month do I usually get something. Or it could be that you are on prescription drugs, which can block the reuptake and disturb the stage cycle. I was taking a drug to help me sleep and it made me not able to dream at all, even after I was off of it for months, until I could slowly regain myself. So, be careful with certain drugs or any drug for that matter.

Why are you trying to improve's not like a I hate when people think of it in that terms, like trying to gain to a certain level, it doesn't really work that way. The reason why you can do this is because humans, as such of other things, are made up of merely magnetical and electrical impluses. Our brain allows us to seek messages due to our sensory neurons. Now when you think about someone you are sending out subconciously *for most* electrical impluses to them, which is encoded in our own words... Through bursts of energy. You can make a person think a certain way or do a certain thing by sending them these impulses... Now you're probably wondering, but how can you send impulses from half way across the world? Easy, you find the person *sometimes it's willingly/unwillingly sometimes they are looking for something* Ex. I had worked with a girl from Russia in the US for a short period of time... We had gotten along so well together in a short period of time, I was sad to see her go. I didn't think about her for a while, until spring time when I began to miss her. I missed her in a specific way that allowed my emotions to send impulses to her. Next day, after I dreamed of her coming to me, I went to the beach, then afterwards to the store and she was standing right infront of me with suitcase in hand. A sigh of relief and a great huge hug made us both laugh. You see once you have established a certain bond/emotion with that person you are able to attach your energy into their drendites making them understand. Most do not believe that the human body is capable of sending impulses that far away because you must literally "touch" or be close for the sensory neurons to activate. This is very untrue and is proven in many ways. Also, you can make people come to you even if you've never met them, if you make that connnection you can get anyone... And sometimes if they also understand this process they too can communicate back and get you do to things.

I don't know about this. Always tried to tone mine down. I find it works pretty good when relaxed and just out walking somewhere I feel safe, like a mall, and just thinking. Or when someone has a need and asks me a question. That time between sleep and awake is good too.

The thing about thinking of a person, and they call happens to me a few times to. For some reason, I would think about a song all day that I don't even like, and when I turn on the radio, its that song. It also happens with people, so I know how it is.
