Acknowledging My Senses

I don't want to say that I am a medium or a clairvoyant, because for a long time now I used to dismiss my visions as my mind playing tricks on me. However now I can't deny what I'm seeing.

Recently, I was on a cross- country tour charter bus that was headed to Yellowstone National Park. We were heading to see Ol' Faithful, but on the way to the geyser I felt a little strange, I felt heaviness in my chest and suddenly feeling of lifting off. Honestly, I thought it was the altitude change or car sickness, but I knew in the back of my head it was something else. The bus suddenly came to a complete stop. The reason why, was because 4 cars ahead of us there was a car accident.

I went to the front of the bus to see what all the commotion was about, but the tour guide pushed me back in and told me to stay on board. From the large windshield panels, I could see what happened.

According to my tour guide, a young woman and her father were heading to see the geyser as well, but he had a heart attack while driving their car, the car swerved into the on-coming lane and ran into a group of bikers who were just coming from Ol' Faithful. Fortunately, those bikers survived the accident, but the father was the only one who lost his life that day.

The paramedics hadn't arrived yet due the traffic caused by the accident. Onlookers had already pulled out his body onto the road, by the time our bus got to the scene and I witnessed his daughter crying over him. But as she was crying over him... I saw and felt him standing over her for a little bit.

It felt surreal. He was translucent and bright and yet he still felt like he was a part of this "physical" realm. I felt his energy. It was overwhelming, I felt like I was being hit by a crashing wave. And after that he disappeared and the energy I felt so much lighter and then it was gone.

This experience reminded me of when my grandfather died. When he died I had this same feeling of a energy pushing through me, however I didn't see my grandfather's spirit. I sometimes feel this sensation when I go to hospitals, and that's why I try my best to avoid them.

When I was a child, I also used to see shadows in my old house. They would be at the foot of my bed or walking in front of my doorway. I started closing my bedroom door after that.

But after that incident at Yellowstone I really can't deny it anymore. I can't pass it off as "mind games".

But at the same time I can't acknowledge it completely, I don't know why. It's hard for me too. A part of me is afraid of seeing. I don't know what to do when I feel or see these spirits.
