What Is My Element And Kinesis?


I am a kid with strong energy. How did I find that out? IT may sound weird but one night, my Uncle told me something about my "Intense" Energy Levels. I can feel it and every time I do, it electrocutes my hand. And every time it does, it feels like it goes out. So far, I can take and transfer energy, do long and short-distance healing which is very effective, Get precog dreams or dreams of future events, sense spiritual entities and other people's spiritual energy, and I can strengthen myself to the point that I can break a body. So far, I've just unlocked a small portion of my power. Now that you know what I can do, what else am I capable of doing? What is my element? How do I know what element I have? And what kind of kinetic am I? And I don't know anything else to say but since the minimum amount of characters is one thousand five hundred, I'll do lol and I started healing at the age of seven so I hope you don't stone me or anything. I've just discovered energy transfer a few months ago, and lately I have been trying to avoid sensing other entities but it won;t work because I don't really know why. So please answer my questions. I'll really enjoy your help guys. Here are the questions again.

1.) What else am I capable of doing?

2.) What is my element?

3.) If you don't know what my element is, how do I know what it is?

4.) What kind of kinetic am I?

5.) If you guys don't know, how do I find out?

First and foremost, you shouldn't ask anyone to tell you everything about you. You must look inside yourself, and discover things about yourself or you will never grow. Sure, someone could tell you everything you could ever want to know, but I can assure you that if they do, you will never grow in power like you want. Everyone has the element that their soul draws towards, I have mine, and I know mine. What you're capable of doing? Not a lot. You're young, in-experienced, and a little naive if you believe you can do a whole lot right now. However, I didn't say that things were impossible. IN time, and with training, most anyone can do a lot. There are a set of abilities that anyone can do, and some that are limited to the person. Without the training for these different abilities, and the know how, you will never be able to do any of them. The first step is to relax, meditate. Your goal should not be to try and do metaphysical things, or anything like that. Your goal should be finding out who you are, what your purpose is, and what path you should take as a person. Start learning who you are, and that sets you down the path of learning what you can do in time. But this isn't something you can do over-night. Most people don't fully grow for many, many years. At least 30-40. You are only beginning.

Sorry for the double-post
TheTemporalKinetic, I'm also a Libra but i'm very experienced with the wind and I also seem to strengthen pyrokinetics every time I like summon a gust of wind. Looking back at my story, I actually laughed at myself for being so stupid and ignorant XD Also, I would like to thank the others for helping me realize what I can do. I've found out from a close friend that I am indeed really powerful, and that i've only unlocked a portion of my powers. But I am not certain what I can do when I manage to unleash my full potential. I am indeed scared of that thought. But I constantly try to unlock my true abilities. I want to be able to use my abilities to HELP people. Over the years, I've grown stronger and more skilled. I've developed my energy healing and more stuff. I barely needed to read books about psychic stuff to understand them. I have developed an instinct with that stuff, like I barely need to glance at something to know that someone who is a psychic has done something to it. I hope that my plans prevail, so that I may reach out to people and help them.

ysemays list of abilities are false and I'm one of the strongest umbrakinetic,necrokinetic,aerokinetic, and hypnokinetics there is and I was born with it and a non-harmful imense black aura no offense ysemay because most of them are right. I also have one of the strongest psychic energies and auras.

Hello, I am a very experienced kinetic and I have had years to research and practice, I am a Nosokinetic,RadioKinetic, Geokinetic (I have expressivly practiced this to the point of being able to mettaliods) and I am a experienced Gyromancer (Gyrokinetic)

I have tested for all of these and I know the answer to what I am. For RadioKinetic; I calmed myself and I noticed on a geiger counter I had bought as a novelty had started ticking slower. When I got a call later on in the day, I had walked back later and was very stressed. The gieger counter was ticking faster and did not slow down until I calmed down. My Nosokinesis I keep on a tight leash. The trick for it was memorising the desieses and what they do act like and how they reproduce. When I visulised it then sent in a blood test, I came back positive with that desiese. However I had no ill effects. I have tried this with multiple desieses and have come back positive, however I have never gotten sick in my life. The blood tests made me dizzy though. SD. For Geokinesis I have caused cracks in stones to widen and sometimes even for bigger cracks. I actually carry a vial of mercury (The element) in a sealed glass bottle on a necklace. Mercuy has been very effective for me as a training element. When I pour some out onto a table, I visulise what shape for it to take and it will form that shape. My favorite and my original is Gyromancing. I am a libra, based of balance and as such I can disrupt it. I put a vail of wood dust in a bottle and willed the gravity to be lighter a day after I closed the bottle (have to be sure there was no motion) I had a headache and some of the dust was floating in the jar. I have learned to control all my abilities (I can control the other elements as well but I have not cared to delve into them much other than air and earth).

Wow, I went back to find the link and the story has been taken down... Here is a list of the kinesises I copied when I found it, copied in alphabetical order and separated by letter:

Aciokinesis - the ability to manipulate chromatic masses in objects, and even cause them to emit sentimental energy frequencies in which only the user can see. With this one can create chromatic blasts, or even control the chromatics that heat or cold give off.

Aerokinesis - the control over air and wind. With this ability we can create gusts of wind or little breezes. But, if we get too much advanced we can create dangerous winds if we are not in control.

Agrokinesis - the anomalous ability to mentally manipulate wood, plants, and flowers. Using this ability, one could grow plants to enormous proportions in nearly any environment, and use them as weapons that can grab and attack with vines and roots (or release neurotoxins and pheremones), which quickly regenerate at the user's will. Sometimes people can even control plants in their concentrated form, like clothes, paper, and money.

Animatokinesis - the ability to animate objects and bring them to life. Once they are alive you can control their movement.

Aquamelikinesis - the ability to turn water into jelly, harden it, and turn water blue. Blue becomes permanent if turned blue and then hardened, but blue jellied can turn back.

Arthrokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate the functions of the joints and (sometimes) the tendons either in one's own body, or in the bodies of others. This ability could be used to increase/decrease flexibility in the bodies of others. This ability could even reduce joint strength in extremities, and control the contractions and movements of such. Used offensively, it could be used to contort foes into strange and uncomfortable positions, or induce arthritis, spasms, neck aches, backaches and other joint-and-tendon based difficulties.

Asterokinesis - the tremendously powerful ability to manipulate the energy generated by the stars as well as their electromagnetic, gravitational, and radiational energies. Simply put, one could manipulate energy generated by stars and other comsic forces. One with this ability could generate stellar winds, solar flares, cosmic storms, and even invoke meteor showers (and possibly manipulate weather as well).

Astrakinesis - the ability to psychically generate and manipulate psychic and astral energies. One with this hugely powerful ability can summon astral or psychic energy and launch them as concussive beams, rays, etc. One with this ability could even cover an object in astral energy to use harmless everyday objects as dangerous weapons, or project astral versions of oneself or others. This ability could even be used to disrupt or enhance certain psychic abilities. Astrakinesis can allow someone to actually affect other people's psyche and destroy it with a high enough extent and influence. Astrakinesis can also be used to protect yourself and analyze your own psyche.

Atmidokinesis - the ability to mentally generate and manipulate vapor. With this ability, one can generate blinding mist with only the power of their minds and shift ice or water into their vapor forms or clear mist so as to see ahead of oneself. One could even sift mist back into either their solid or liquid forms (although they would not be able to be manipulated until turned back into their vaporous form).

Atmokinesis - the ability to summon or banish rainstorms. Not to be confused with Tempestaskinesis, the ability to manipulate all forms of weather.


Biokinesis - the use of kinetic energy to rearrange, or control, genes inside of the body. If biokinesis were mastered, one could (theoretically) genetically reprogram oneself into a virtual superhuman.


Carieskinesis - the ability to cause matter to decay, either matter living or already dead.

Chaetokinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate hair. One with this ability has the power to animate his or her hair as well as the hair of others. One possessing this ability could control the growth, length, texture, width, and strength of the hair of any creature with which the user comes in contact. One with this ability could not cause hair to grow on a naturally hairless animal, but he could cause hair to fall off of a creature that normally has hair.

Chromokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate photons in order to change the color of any subject. One with this ability can change the color of any desired subjects, including one's own skin, hair, and eyes, to look as though he belonged to a different race, or as if one had/didn't have a disease, etc. This can also be used to change the heat emission of light by changing light's wavelengths, generate shadows by turning particles black, and the like.

Chronokinesis - the ability to control your perception of time through psychic means. The ability to slow down or speed up time for yourself. Using this, you will be able to have unbeatable reaction time and be able to run faster than an Olympic athlete.

Creatiokinesis - the ability to virtually create anything from your mere thoughts. It can range from creating ideas to physical objects.

Cryokinesis - the ability to slow down the naturally occurring vibrations of atoms in matter to alter temperature, possibly to the point of freezing an object completely.

Crystallokinesis - the anomalistic ability to generate and manipulate crystals and minerals at will. One with this ability can grow crystals by manipulating the minerals in their own bodily systems as well as the body systems of others. One with this ability can manipulate minerals, crystals, gems, and jewels. This can be used to increase or decrease the amount of present minerals, or take the minerals out of any place that contains minerals or gems, even living bodies.


Dentokinesis - the psychic manipulation of teeth.

Dermakinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate skin. One with this power can augment his/her skin and the skin of others to nearly any texture. This can be used to make one's skin extremely resistant to concussive force, or very sharp, very abrasive. He can even re-grow skin almost immediately after an injury, change his skin pigment (as a limited form of camoflauge), or to reconstruct skin as weapons.


Echokinesis - the ability to control echoes.

Electrokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate energies, electrical currents, and generate static electricity. One with this ability could even summon lightning, or convert one's own body into an entity of electrons. The other side of this possible ability is to create and manipulate energies into solid waves or blasts and thus travel through electrical appliances or outlets. This ability can even be used to take control of electrons in objects, allowing motion control. If you advance in this, then it should come to being able to generate forcefields and develop technopathy as well as manipulating any energy.

Ergokinesis - the ability to manipulate all forms of energy. One with this ability can keep energy as potential or cause it to release itself sporadically. One with this power can negate potential energy, thus keeping oneself and others in continuous motion. One with this power can even generate energy perpetually, and thus have peak stamina and/or release the excess energy to fly or shoot bolts, blasts, or rays. They are also able to control more than one being at a time.

Eyokinesis - the ability to manipulate the elements with your mind. This is unlocked with telekinesis and can be used to control the 4 elements, or even all. With this one could make water become solid, like ice, create earth blasts or shields, create fire balls and combust objects, and fly with air. And they manipulate all other elements as well (vapor, sound, energy, etc).


Fyrosokinesis - the ability to manipulate any energy into creating force fields, force field shapes, and force field blasts. With this one can become invisible as well as projecting force fields strong enough to strike metal into bits.


Gamakinesis - the ability to manipulate chakra energy into doing a variety of things, like being able to walk on water, walk on walls, have visions, or even create a gamma bolt of energy. This can be used to create concussive blasts or even combust objects.

Gelidkinesis - the ability to turn any moisture into gelatin and convert it harder to be ballistic jelly.

Geokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate earth. With this ability, one could hurl rock, dirt, or minerals at foes with only the power of their minds, create fissures, sinkholes, mudslides, or form solid rock, mud, and sand into constructs, like walls or projectiles. One could even absorb any rock debris or necessary minerals out of desired subjects to use for oneself.

Glucokinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate sugars. This can range from dangerously altering the sugar levels in a subject's blood to manipulating all forms of sugar, candy, and processed sweets. Sugar can be used in the same manner as psychically-manipulated glass or sand, while other sweets can be turned into dangerous projectiles or super-powerful glue. This can even be used to increase sugar in products to poisonous levels.

Gyrokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate gravity, allowing one to increase or decrease the effects of it around any desired area, to make objects lighter, heavier, or even to crush them by compressing them with intense gravity. One with this ability can even shift his center of gravity and defy it by walking up walls, jumping to extreme heights, gravitating objects and subjects to and away from him/her, and the like.


Halokinesis - the psychic ability to manipulate salt. One with this power could dehydrate another person. One with this power could control salt water as well. With the salt thoroughly dissolved, it could be extracted or used to help control the water.

Heliokinesis - the ability to manipulate solar energy. This makes the person endowed with this ability capable of performing a special type of photosynthesis which actually allows the body to absorb the sun's direct energy and literally make your own food. The person would be able to render his/her own personal gravity field and generating nearly perpetual energy, along with generating and manipulating stellar and solar energies in other forms. Their body would even be capable of generating geomagnetic storms and solar winds, or even induce solar flares, should their power grow strong enough.

Hemokinesis - the ability to control blood with the mind, both inside and out of the body.

Hormokinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate one's own hormones as well as others. The one with this power can induce acne, spur or impede growth, increase body temperature, and mood swings.

Hyalokinesis - the ability to control glass. One with this ability can move or levitate glass with their minds.

Hydro-Aguakinesis - the ability to break down moisture molecules and allow them to stick to objects or possibly break objects and most commonly machinery. This is useful for making water into a force field.

Hydro-Cryokinesis - the power to cool water, which allows you to freeze water as well as things with moisture in or near them. There is a disadvantage to this power because, although water can be cooled and frozen, with this power you have no control of water's movement. This power can be used to create ice, cool down hot objects, or even lower body temperature.

Hydro-Crystokinesis - the ability to convert water molecules into crystal.

Hydro-Psammokinesis - the ability to manipulate mud. This can be used to attach objects, create mud swirls, and sink enemies underground.

Hydro-Thermokinesis - the ability to heat and boil water. This can be used to create steam, super heat objects, or raise body temperature. This is the most dangerous power because its control can be easily lost and it can create so much heat and dryness that it can easily dehydrate people or create fires. There is a disadvantage to this power because although water can be heated, you have no control over its movement. This power can come in handy when in need of a steam cover, melting ice, or drying off quickly.

Hydrokinesis - the ability to control the movement of water using only the mind. Hydrokinetic beings can control water, and some can 'become water', being able to survive in deep areas of the sea and breath underwater. In some cases, hydrokinetic beings are able to control the molecular state of water, being able to manipulate the surrounding water in the air, freezing it, or even making clouds of steam. People with hydrokinesis have a variety of abilities, like being able to breathe underwater, control water in all forms, and duplicating and curing water molecules and controlling shapes and molding water. Hydrokinesis is a defensive and offensive ability.

Hypnokinesis - the ability to manipulate sleep patterns. This can be used to induce instantaneous sleep on biotic subjects, or to induce perpetual insomnia. One with this ability can even remove the need to sleep from any biotic subject, or make them dreadfully tired all the time. One can also cause the subject to sleep forever in a comatose like state. One can even determine how deep a sleep or how long a sleep a person or people has.




Koniokinesis - the ability to mentally generate and manipulate the dust and particles in the air, or to convert one's body to dust so as to be mostly intangible, or to convert others into sentient dust. This ability can even be used to collect dust and make them allergenic, or kick up debris to blind opponents (even making dust into a very sharp abrasive whirlpool). The user of this power can even withstand being vaporized because they can reform their biological structure.


Leptokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate subjects on a molecular level, so that one can separate his/her own molecules to become intangible and phase through subjects, or separate molecules of subjects so as to vaporize, dissolve, or rearrange any subject one desires.

Lipokinesis - the psychic manipulation of fat tissues in either yourself or others.

Lunarkinesis - the mental manipulation of shadows.


Magmakinesis - the mental ability to control magma/lava. Magmakinesis is a fusion of pyrokinesis and geokinesis.

Magnetokinesis - the ability to mentally control magnetic fields. One with this ability can either attract or repel magnetic objects. But an experienced magnetokinetic can control metals like iron and all that other metal stuff.

Menekinesis - the ability to control lunar energy. One with this ability can perform a type of photosynthesis that is based on lunar energy. One with this ability can even fly by riding energy waves emitted by the moon or use abilities that are likened unto those of the moon, such as exerting gravitational energy or magnetic pulses. People who have trained in this ability can even emit lunar energy. Menekinetic people are prone to developing nocturnal tendencies.

Metallokinesis - the ability to affect metal using the mind. Not to be confused with magnetokinesis, which allows the manipulation of magnetic fields and magnetic metals, metallokinesis allows manipulation of all metals.

Mnemokinesis - the ability to psychically alter or manipulate memory. With this ability, one could cause subjects to believe in occurrences that are not true, or they could make someone believe that they had witnessed or experienced something that never happened. If one were to use this ability, he could even erase or enhance his/her memories or the memories of others.

Morphokinesis - the manipulation of shapes. With this ability, one could become a shape-shifter.

Myokinesis - the ability to psychically alter one's muscular structure, giving the wielder of this ability superhuman strength. Users can also manipulate the molecular structure of other individuals, increasing or decreasing their muscular structure.

Mystiokinesis - the ability to control the element magick. With this one can use this to form natural energy otherwise known as "magick". For example creating snow, changing weather, transfiguring someone to look like an animal, etc. Magick is not a satanic ability. It is simply the use and control of natural energies in order to produce a needed positive change. It is used by practitioners daily for healing purposes and more frequently for personal purposes such as reducing negativity, protection, and improving oneself.


Necrokinesis - the ability to control death energy. With this one could inflict death or a curse upon others or destroy some objects, and be able to simply take away life.

Nosokinesis - the anomalistic ability to psychically generate and manipulate innumerable varieties of diseases, viruses, and bacteria. One with this ability could use it to generate bacteria that have numerous body-affecting effects. A person with this ability can be immune to disease, transmit disease to any desired subject, or even make the viruses, bacteria, or diseases airborne or highly contagious (even if they aren't).


Oneirokinesis - the ability to control yours and other peoples' dreams. It could also be used to get dream premonitions. You can also bring people in your dream by telepathically contacting them or by going into theirs. (warning) going inside other peoples' dreams can be very dangerous if you're planning to be hostile to the victim. Remember, whoever's dream you're invading is their dream, meaning whatever they think goes.

Optikinesis - the ability to control eyesight. One with this ability can cause illusions by changing what people see, cause themselves/others to see in different aspects, or change optic temporarily so their sight is ahead or behind actual time. Vision can even be distorted so things look like they were moving opposite of their actual direction (called the parallax affect). One with this ability can even control the eye itself, with practice. One with this ability can even project his sight to others or selectively see what others see, as he can control the entirety of motor and sensory functions used by the eyes in others.

Osteokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate bones. This can be used to change the density of bones, from hollowing bones like a bird's to making them unbreakable as steel. A person with this ability can also make his bones more flexible and less prone to breakage (or drastically accelerate the process of bone healing). The user can also cause bones to grow through the skin to form plates of bones as armor. After practice, the user of this power can even incapacitate foes with broken legs, arms, ribs, or even necks.


Papyrokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate paper. He/she can control its texture to make it as sharp, smooth, or abrasive as the user desires. Or he/she could increase or decrease its density so that it can be thrown like a projectile or a shuriken. He/she could also alter its sharpness, making it more or less likely to give paper cuts or worse injuries. Not to mention, he/she can alter its adhesion and many other properties that make it a formidable weapon.

Pathokinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate the emotions of others. With a thought, one could make a brave man panic, or cause people to be happy, sad, angry, or in love with anyone they desire. One could even change one's own emotions, or read the emotions of others. This can be used to determine the presence of hidden subjects as well, because one with this ability can sense the presence of emotions. This ability can even result in empathy or apathy.

Peptokinesis - the ability to raise or lower the ph level of liquid. Makes liquid alkaline or acidic. To one extent a person could leak acidic sweat from their pores, or transform water molecules in the air to a volatile acid mist.

Pherokinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate one's own pheromones as well as the pheromones of others. With this ability, one could release pheromones that do everything from inducing attraction between subjects to exuding amounts of pheromones strong enough to induce sleep, change emotions, and draw crowds.

Photo-Lumokinesis - an advanced version of photokinesis. Photokinesis is the ability to control light, but photo-lumokinesis is the enhanced version which has more values and abilities and properties to be used. With lumokinesis one can not only control light, but manipulate it into destructive blasts, attacks, rays, beams, and even shape light power. Also you can use it to heal yourself and others and use it to refresh your system. A powerful user of lumokinesis would be able to create a light board and can levitate on it. You can also summon light energies to use it as a force field, or even make yourself invisible.

Photokinesis - the ability to control light. One with this ability can concentrate light particles into lasers and manipulate any part of the light spectrum. It can also be used to create illusions or generate force fields. Offensively, this power could be used to create a light ball which could be thrown at enemies, stunning or potentially killing them.

Pneumakinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate the breathing and respired gasses of oneself and others. One with this ability can greatly increase the time that he/she can hold his/her breath. One with this ability can even remove or overload respired gases, so as to suffocate foes or explode their lungs.

Psammokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate sand. With this ability one could hurl sand at foes, compact it into constructs like barriers and weapons, or even summon sand from all around to form a 'tidal wave' of sand, a sandstorm, a sand vortex, and the like.

Pyrokinesis - the ability to mentally control fire and flames. Advanced workers of pyrokinesis can even ignite fires with their minds, and even make themselves immune to fire which would make it possible for them to cover themselves in fire without burning.



Radiokinesis - the mental control of radioactive material. (warning) Be VERY careful when trying to learn this ability as radioactive material is extremely dangerous.

Rylokinesis - the ability to cause it to rain or even snow.


Saprokinesis - the ability to manipulate anything that is rotten, putrid, moldy, or fungal, or that festers with bacteria. This ability can range from generation and manipulation of fungus spores to the full-out control over decomposed matter, mucus, slime, and saliva. One with this ability can even control earwax, fungus-covered matter, and fecal matter. This ability may even be used to actually induce rot and putrefaction or negate it on materials.

Seismokinesis - ability to control vibration. One with this ability may even be able to induce earthquakes and tsunamis by causing underwater earthquakes.

Sepakinesis - the combined abilities of hydrokinesis, hydro-thermokinesis, hydro-cryokinesis, hyrdo-aguakinesis, hydro-psammokinesis, hydro-crystokinesis, gelidkinesis, and occasionally aerokinesis, pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, and aquamelikinesis.

Somnikinesis - the manipulation of sleep. Not to be confused with hypnokinesis, the control of sleep patterns that can be used to induce sleep or insomnia, somnikinesis can only be used to induce sleep.

Sonokinesis - the ability to control sound waves. With this ability you could create sonic booms with your hand, hallucinative voices with your hand, and crack windows, control and absorb sound pressure waves and manipulate sound. One could knock down a tree if powerful enough.

Spiritokinesis - the ability to control souls. One with this highly powerful ability can separate their own souls form their body so they can move anywhere. They can also steal and absorb the souls of others so they can steal the power it holds (temporarily borrowing another psychokinetic's power to use against your enemies).

Stoichokinesis - the ability to fuse and create new chemicals by merging different elements of the periodic table together. This is extremely hard as it is breaking down liquids into simple elements such as carbon and nitrogen, then fusing them together to form a liquid such as blood or glucose. Stoichokinesis can be developed to such an extent that it can be considered able to make 'potions' or 'remedies' just with your knowledge of fusing elements.

Substanciakinesis - the ability to turn any substance into gelatin. This can be used to turn any substance like mud, dirt, water, drinks, or even hydraulic air into a gelatin compound, the upgraded version of this is being able to completely solidify objects or liquids.

Syrokinesis - the enhanced and advanced version of cryokinesis. With this one could solidify water using it as bridges, walls, floors, pipes, etc., and be able to totally solidify an object that it explodes. This can be used to slow down enemies, or even elements, and generate syrotic blasts that can cause blasts of ice or shatter walls.


Technokinesis - the ability to psychically manipulate technology.

Telekinesis - the ability to move objects with your mind. Not to be confused with psychokinesis, the ability to control all forms of matter, telekinesis can only be used to move items from place to place.

Tempestaskinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate the weather. One with this power can cause it to rain, snow, sleet, hail, tornado, or be sunny. A strong user of this power could generate or control meteorological phenomena as large as hurricanes.

Thermokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate temperature.

Tribokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate and create friction.

Tychokinesis - the ability to mentally alter stochastic fields, which affects the chance of one thing or another, thus generating good or bad luck. With this ability, one could even use stochastic fields to set events into motion (as long as there was a chance of them happening anyway), causing normally-improbable things to happen, or normally-likely things not to happen.

Typhokinesis - this ability allows the user to generate and manipulate smoke. One with this ability can breathe smoke, pollute air by turning it into smoke, or even convert immense amounts of smoke to poison to harm foes, or as a means of cover or stealth. This can also be used to help people. If someone was trapped in a burning building, you could thin out the smoke and go in to save them. The combination of typhokinesis and pyrokinesis would make death by fire a literal impossibility, making you the ultimate firefighter. One with typhokinesis could even breath in smoky air and possibly have a smoky form.

Tyrokinesis - the ability to mentally manipulate, control, or even create the element of tar. With this one could even make someone sink into the ground, create tar monsters, and even use tar as shaped weapons and manipulate tar roads.


Umbrakinesis - the ability to mentally generate and manipulate darkness by de-activating photons, and thus removing light. One with this ability can even deactivate and repulse light energy or travel through shadows (called umbrageous teleportation). One with this power could even surround foes in pitch black clouds of lightless space, turn deactivated photons into constructs, or shoot bolts of solid darkness at foes.


Vitakinesis - the mental manipulation and modification of the regenerative cycle, both on a physical and spiritual level. Minor proficiency can be used to relieve aches, pains, and discomfort, whereas more advanced techniques can physically heal over a bleeding wound, banish a disease from a body, or save the individual from death's doorstep.



Xacrokinesis - the ability to absorb astral or emotional energies and convert them into one's self's fears. With this one can create a scary and terrifying ghostly image and project it onto someone else's sight. One could also project concussive strikes of energy to target opponents.



Zelidokinesis - the ability to absorb matter on or from objects to transform into that matter. For example, if you absorb brick your body will be made of brick. If you absorb water, your body will become water. If you absorb metal, your body will become metal.

For some reason when I read about your element, I suddenly saw a flame in my head and the word 'fire' popped into my ind instantly. I don't know if that is right or not, but that was just my first instinct. Definitely test it! You'll know instinctively which is your element when you expose yourself to them and completely relax and clear your mind. It wil come to you. You are capable of a lot, but exactly what in unclear to me. Test yourself. Push your psychic abilities to their limits, and record EVERYTHING in a journal. Every minor detail of your life should be written down so you cann examine it in a few days tto see if it had any meanings, in that way you can unlock the signs your abilities give you. If, like me, you are terrified of writing your thoughts down, some of the newest Microsoft Word software has a password encrypt optioon for the documents, meaning you have to know the password to read it. I feel safe writing my life down in a password coded document. Google '92 kinesises' and you should find a list of every type of psychokinesis with a full description of abilities included by each name. Look, see what you are, try out what you want to be, test and record your feelings and results. There is a minimum of 1500 character to keep people from posting 'Yup. I is a psychic. Watcha thinks of that?' or similar 😉

Considering you story is interesting, let me try and help you, first, your energy is uncontrolled, if it is intense it means your giving out too much, doesn't mean it is strong, just means it is alot. Do not abuse it to hurt people. You are able to heal and project, their can be more, but you don't need an element, you just focus on the element and project energy. You are not a type of kinetic (kinetic is a form of energy) you can do telekinesis with it and others, controlling elements is only for your choice and focus. The page is 1500 minimum but you can write more, there is not maximum, they just say you need to write minimum otherwise your story won't be published. Learn to control your energy, and keep at the healing, Do not abuse its potential. I hope I helped
